SOUNDANCE LS Adjustable Laptop Stand, 10–17.3 Inch, Black, Open-Frame Cooling

Tech specs

Set up a laptop for desk work with the SOUNDANCE LS, an adjustable stand designed to raise the screen and leave more room for everyday essentials. Its open-frame design allows airflow around the laptop, while the raised position helps bring the display closer to eye level.

Adjust the stand’s height to suit your desk setup. The space beneath the laptop can help keep a keyboard, mouse or documents organised, rather than taking up the full desktop surface.

Who it’s for

The SOUNDANCE LS suits anyone who uses a laptop at a desk for work, study or general browsing and wants flexibility in screen height. Unlike a fixed-height riser, its adjustable design lets you set the display position to suit your workspace. It is compatible with laptops from 10 to 17.3 inches, making it useful across a range of notebook sizes.

For a home office, raise the laptop while keeping a separate keyboard and mouse within reach, with space underneath for desk items. At a shared desk, being able to change the stand height can also make it easier to adapt the setup to different working preferences. The support arms leave the underside more exposed than a flat platform, helping air circulate around the device.

Silicone pads help keep the laptop in place and protect its surface from scratches. Buyers also describe the stand as straightforward to assemble and appreciate its appearance and everyday function. Feedback on whether it sits level is mixed, so careful assembly on a flat desk is worthwhile.

Practical tips

To assemble the stand, align the holes and tighten the screws. Once it is set up, place the laptop on the support arms and adjust the height for your desk position. The raised screen can help create a more comfortable viewing arrangement, while the open area beneath gives you a practical place to organise smaller desk items.

Is it worth it?

If you want an adjustable laptop riser rather than a fixed platform, the SOUNDANCE LS combines a height-adjustable design with an open frame and silicone contact pads. Its 10–17.3-inch compatibility and 20lbs support capacity make it a practical fit for a range of desk-based laptop setups. Choose it to lift your screen, make use of the space beneath your laptop and keep airflow moving around the device.
