RugVista Nain Florentine Rug, 160 x 230 cm, Light Blue, Medium Pile

For a living room or dining room that needs a defined floor area and a traditional pattern, the RugVista Nain Florentine brings Persian-inspired floral detail in light blue.

Its rectangular 160 x 230 cm format gives furniture a clear place within the room, while the medium pile adds texture underfoot.

Made for indoor use, it combines cotton, polyester and polypropylene with a latex backing and is suitable for underfloor heating.

Key points

The Nain Florentine pairs a traditional Persian-inspired look with a colour that sits comfortably alongside both classic and modern interiors. Its floral motifs provide more visual detail than a plain rug, making it a useful choice when you want the floor to contribute to the room’s style rather than simply cover an area. The light blue shade can bring a softer accent to living rooms, bedrooms and dining spaces.

The rug is machine made, with a knotted construction and a medium pile. Cotton, polyester and polypropylene are used in the materials, and the latex backing has a non-slip feature. Together, these details make it suited to everyday indoor settings where a rug can help define a seating or dining area. It is also described as stain resistant and compatible with underfloor heating. The product carries Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification.

A patterned rug is a natural alternative to a plain, single-colour floor covering when you want the floor to add character. Here, the floral design and Persian influence bring that detail without restricting the rug to a traditionally styled home.

Fit and sizing

At 160 x 230 cm, this rectangular rug can sit beneath a coffee table and anchor a living-room seating arrangement, or help distinguish a dining area from the rest of an open-plan space. Its listed thickness is 11 millimetres, and it weighs 9.6 kilograms. Measure the intended floor area and consider the position of furniture and doorways so the rug fits neatly into the layout.

The design is intended for indoor rooms, including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and kitchens. Its medium pile gives the surface a distinct texture, while the light blue colour and floral pattern can work as either a coordinating feature or a gentle contrast with surrounding furnishings.

Who it’s for

This rug suits anyone looking to bring a Persian-inspired floral pattern into a home without relying on a strictly traditional decorating scheme. It can add definition to a living-room seating area, give a dining space a more finished feel, or introduce colour and pattern to a bedroom. Its machine-made construction and blend of fibres offer a practical format for rooms used regularly, while the non-slip latex backing is a helpful feature on indoor floors.

Care is listed as dry clean only. For routine upkeep, the care guidance also recommends vacuuming on a low setting, dealing with spills promptly using a damp cloth and rotating the rug periodically to encourage even wear.
