Relaxdays 10023308 Striped Beach Parasol, Height-Adjustable, SPF 50+
Product description
For a day at the beach, a camping stop or a sunny spot in the garden, the Relaxdays striped beach parasol provides a place to shelter from the sun. Its pointed end can be fixed directly into suitable ground, so you can set it up without a stand.
The colourful striped polyester fabric brings a bright look to outdoor spaces, while its SPF 50+ sun protection makes it a practical choice for time spent outdoors. The parasol is also suitable for balconies, giving you another option for creating shade at home.
A two-part, height-adjustable pole makes it easier to set the parasol to suit your space. At approximately 1.6 kg, it is lightweight for taking along on trips and moving between outdoor spots.
Best use cases
This parasol suits beach days, camping trips and garden use, as well as balconies where a compact, ground-fixed design is useful. The pointed end lets you secure it in suitable ground without setting up a separate stand. For a beach stop, push the point firmly into the ground and position the canopy to create a shaded place to sit. Its lightweight construction also makes it easier to carry between the car, campsite and beach.
If you are choosing between a parasol that relies on a separate stand and one designed to fix directly into the ground, this model offers the latter approach. That can make setup straightforward on suitable ground, while the adjustable pole gives you flexibility over its height. The bright stripes are an easy way to add colour as well as shade to an outdoor setting.
Why it makes sense
The combination of a pointed fixing end and a height-adjustable, two-part pole makes this parasol adaptable to different outdoor stops. Its waterproof, tearproof polyester fabric is designed for outdoor use, and the powder-coated steel pole provides the frame. Eight ribs support the canopy, while the fabric's SPF 50+ rating adds a clear sun-protection feature for beach and garden use.
The parasol is supplied without a stand, and its pointed end is designed for fixing it into suitable ground. This makes it a useful format for locations where direct ground fixing is practical, rather than a setup built around a separate base. Its colourful striped finish also gives it a distinctive look among plain outdoor umbrellas.
