Kitchen Academy KA-CS01-016-Black-01 10-Piece Granite-Coated Cookware Set

For a campervan kitchen or a compact home hob, this set brings together pans for frying and saucepan cooking. The detachable handle helps move a pan from the hob to the oven or table. Stack the pans together when it is time to put them away. A mesh bag and two pan protectors make storage easier to organise.

Tech summary

The set includes an 18 cm saucepan with lid, 20 cm and 26 cm frying pans, one detachable handle, two silicone utensils, two pan protectors and a mesh bag. The aluminium cookware has a granite-coated non-stick surface and stainless steel bases. It is PFOA-free, dishwasher-safe and suitable for oven use. The non-stick surface is designed to make cooking and cleaning more straightforward, while the two frying pan sizes offer flexibility for different portions and dishes.

The removable handle is a practical feature when kitchen space is limited. Take it off to stack the pans neatly, then attach it when lifting a pan from the hob. The included utensils are made from silicone, and non-metal utensils are compatible with the cookware. Buyers also highlight the space-saving design, ease of cleaning and usefulness for camping and motorhome cooking.

Compatibility

Use the set on induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs. It is also suitable for oven use, so the pans can support cooking that starts on the hob and finishes in the oven. The detachable handle makes it easier to move cookware between cooking and serving, remove it when placing or storing the pans as appropriate. The cookware is not suitable for microwave use.

Compared with a set of fixed-handle pans, this design prioritises compact storage and easy handling between cooking areas. That makes it a useful fit for a motorhome, camping setup or kitchen where cupboard space matters. For everyday cooking at home, the two frying pans and lidded saucepan cover a range of straightforward meals without needing a large collection of separate pans.

Usage tips

Stack the pans with the supplied protectors between them to help organise storage, and keep the accessories together in the mesh bag. Use the detachable handle when moving a pan, removing it again for compact stacking. The included silicone utensils suit the non-stick surface, as do other non-metal utensils. After cooking, the set can be cleaned in the dishwasher, which is handy when preparing meals on a trip or tidying up after a busy evening.

A practical camping meal might start with frying ingredients in the larger pan while a sauce simmers in the lidded saucepan. The smaller frying pan gives another option for a separate portion or side. Once cooking is finished, the pans stack away rather than occupying the space needed for several fixed-handle pieces. Buyers also praise the set's light feel and removable handle for use in campervan and motorhome kitchens.
