MGA’s Miniverse 246916 Make It Mini Plush 2 Pack with Keychains

Tips for day-to-day use

Make two food-themed mini plush characters at the table, then add their keychain accessories for a playful detail on a bag, backpack or set of keys. Each pack has two mystery balls with the components to create two collectables, with no duplicate characters in the pack. The plush layers and air-dry adhesive let children assemble the designs without sewing.

The activity is hands-on from the moment the balls are opened: arrange the plush layers, use the adhesive to put each character together, then attach a keychain accessory. Once made, the characters can be displayed or clipped to an everyday item. This set also works well as a creative gift for a child who enjoys collecting small figures and making their own designs. It is intended for ages 8+ and contains small parts, so it is not suitable for younger children.

Strengths

The two-character format gives children more than one design to make in a single set, while the no-duplicate detail keeps the pair distinct. Food-inspired options include Burger, Taco, Ice Cream and Pancakes, alongside other character designs in the collection. That variety makes each mystery ball part of the collecting appeal, while the finished plush characters can be displayed or carried using their keychain accessories.

The mix-and-match layers add another way to play after assembly. Pieces from different characters can be combined to create customised plush combinations, making the set more than a one-time craft activity. Compared with a ready-made plush, this pack puts the focus on building and personalising the characters, it suits children who enjoy making things as well as collecting them. Buyers also describe the toys as fun and particularly cute, with some appreciating the change from the usual blind-ball format.

What to clarify

How are the mini plush characters assembled? The included plush layers are put together with the air-dry adhesive. The activity does not require sewing.

Can the finished characters be carried around? Yes. The set includes keychain accessories that can be attached to the mini plush creations and clipped onto bags, backpacks or keys.

Can the designs be customised? Yes. Plush layers from different characters can be swapped and combined to make customised combinations.

Final verdict

This two-pack is a good fit for children aged 8+ who like food-themed collectables, simple hands-on activities and personalising what they make. The appeal comes from creating two distinct mini plush characters, adding their keychain accessories and mixing layers to develop new combinations. It brings crafting and collecting together in a compact format that can be enjoyed at home and then taken along on a bag or backpack.
