Lifewit LHLF230211BLC Foldable Storage Cubes, Black, Pack of 6

For keeping clothes, books, toys and everyday household bits organised, these Lifewit storage cubes offer a straightforward way to group items and make use of cube shelving. The set contains six black fabric-covered boxes. Each can be folded away when it is not in use.

Getting the most from it

Use the cubes to give different belongings a designated place, whether you are sorting clothes in a bedroom, toys in a living room or books and craft supplies on a shelf. Handles make each box easier to move when you want to bring stored items to another room or clear a shelf. The folding design is useful when your storage needs change: the cubes stand upright for use and fold flat for storage between jobs.

Compared with leaving items loose on an open shelf, separate cubes keep categories together and create a tidier-looking arrangement. They are intended to work particularly well with square cube shelving, so measure the available space against the dimensions below when planning a fitted arrangement. Buyers also highlight their usefulness for organising bookshelves and craft items, and some say they fit their cube shelves well. Feedback on size is mixed, making the stated measurements a practical guide when choosing where to use them.

What stands out

The set gives you six matching containers for organising several shelves or separating different kinds of belongings within one area. Their black finish offers a simple, understated look alongside books, folded clothing or toys, while the fabric construction brings a softer appearance than rigid plastic crates. Cardboard inserts help the cubes hold an upright shape during use, and the built-in handles make them easier to lift and reposition as you reorganise.

A practical example is setting aside one cube for magazines, another for craft materials and others for clothes or toys. That makes it easier to keep frequently used items together without relying on a collection of loose baskets or small containers in different styles. When you need the space for something else, fold the cubes away rather than leaving empty boxes occupying the shelf. The six-piece format is suited to organising several categories at once, whether in a bedroom, living room or shelving unit.

Final verdict

Choose these Lifewit cubes for a coordinated, foldable storage system that helps bring everyday items together and keeps shelves easier to organise. Their handles support convenient moving, the cardboard inserts help them stand during use, and the folding design makes them adaptable when storage needs change. With six black cubes in the set, they are a useful fit for home organisation across clothes, books, toys and craft supplies.
