Lamicall STGT03-EU-BK Gooseneck Tablet Holder, 85cm Arm, 360° Clamp

The 85cm flexible arm brings a tablet or phone into a comfortable viewing position, leaving your hands free for reading, watching or following a recipe.

Clamp it to a suitable flat surface beside a bed, sofa, desk or kitchen worktop. The arm bends and rotates through 360°, so you can adjust the screen for sitting or lying down.

Designed for 7–13-inch devices, this Lamicall holder combines an adjustable arm with a reinforced clamp for everyday viewing around the home.

What matters most

The clamp accommodates flat surfaces from 0.5–7cm thick, including bed frames, sofa armrests and desks. Its enlarged base and reinforced construction are designed to grip securely, while TPE pads help protect both the mounting surface and your device from scuffs. The holder’s 11–24cm grip range works with compatible devices in cases under 15mm thick.

An aluminium core runs through the flexible arm, which extends to 85cm and can be adjusted to a preferred angle. The holder supports a maximum load of 800g. Its 360° rotation makes it easier to position the screen for reading, video calls or viewing a programme without having to keep holding the device.

Usage tips

For a steadier setup, shape the arm into an S, Z or loop rather than extending it in a straight line. Adjust the arm with both hands, using controlled movements, then position the screen where it is easy to see. When typing or frequently tapping the screen, hold the device with one hand, as touch input can make the arm move.

Check that the device falls within the 7–13-inch size range and that the clamp can grip the chosen surface. Compatible examples include iPad, Galaxy Tab, Fire, MatePad and Lenovo Tab models, as well as Nintendo Switch and Kindle devices.

Everyday use

A clamp-mounted arm offers a different setup from a small stand that sits on a table: it can hold a screen beside a bed or sofa, or above a worktop, while keeping the surface beneath it clearer. Use it for watching a film in bed, reading at your bedside, following a recipe in the kitchen or viewing a tablet while seated at a desk. Want the screen closer while you relax? The long, flexible arm can be repositioned to suit the activity and your posture.

Buyer feedback highlights the holder’s flexibility and range of uses. Views on steadiness are mixed: some appreciate how it holds devices for viewing, while others mention movement when touching or typing on the screen. The recommended arm shapes and one-hand support during touch input help guide day-to-day use.

Is it worth it?

For anyone who wants a screen positioned beside a bed, sofa or work surface without holding it, the Lamicall STGT03-EU-BK brings together a long adjustable arm, 360° positioning and a padded clamp. Its broad device range makes it a practical fit for switching between compatible tablets, phones and other handheld screens around the home.
