Klarstein CP11-KL-GF-90Slm-Wh Goldflame 4 Slim Gas Hob, 90cm, White

For a busy cooking session with several pans on the go, the Klarstein Goldflame 4 Slim gives you four gas burners with different power levels. Its 90cm-wide layout leaves room to move cookware between burners. Choose gas for responsive flame control, or a different hob style if your priority is another way of cooking.

Highlights

The four brass burners are rated at 3.4kW, 2.4kW, 1.8kW and 1kW, giving you a choice of heat levels for different dishes. Use the higher-powered burner when you need more heat, while the lower-rated burners offer a different option for gentler cooking. This varied setup is useful when a meal calls for more than one pan and different levels of heat at the same time.

Large rotary knobs let you adjust the flame directly, with symbols to guide operation. SnapJet electric ignition lights the burners without a separate lighter or matches. If a flame goes out, the flame failure safety feature automatically cuts off the gas supply. Cast iron supports provide a stable base for cookware, and the smooth glass surface is straightforward to wipe clean after cooking.

Fit and sizing

The hob measures 90cm wide, 35cm deep and 11cm high, with a white glass surface. These dimensions help you plan its position in your kitchen and how it will sit alongside your other worktop appliances. The slim arrangement places the burners side by side, making it easier to move pots and pans across the hob during cooking.

Compared with a hob whose burners all have the same output, this model offers four distinct power ratings to suit different cooking tasks. It is designed for natural gas and can be converted to LPG if required. A hose and pressure reducer are included, make sure the gas setup is suitable for the fuel being used.

Practical tips

Match the burner to the task and cookware, using the rotary controls to adjust the flame as you cook. When preparing several parts of a meal together, the four different outputs give you options for distributing pans by the heat each dish needs. The cast iron supports keep cookware seated on the hob, while the SnapJet ignition makes lighting part of the control operation. Once cooking is finished, the smooth glass surface makes routine cleaning simple.
