eSynic ESYESY193a White Noise Machine with 30 Sounds and 7-Colour Night Light

For a bedtime routine at home or a quieter set-up while travelling, the eSynic ESYESY193a combines soothing audio, a night light and a wireless speaker in one compact device. Choose from 30 sounds, set a sleep timer and adjust the lighting to suit a bedroom, nursery or children’s room.

If you need gentle background sound, its white noise and nature tracks offer a different option from playing music through a phone. For a more familiar bedtime cue, select a lullaby or record a short voice message instead.

Why it’s worth it

The sound library is arranged around different listening needs: six white noise tracks, nine nature sounds, nine lullabies and six meditation tones. Rain and ocean sounds are among the nature options. This range makes it easy to choose between steady background noise, a calming melody or a more natural sound, whether you’re settling down for sleep or creating a quieter atmosphere in a room.

The night light works independently from the sound. Choose from seven static colours or a gentle colour-breathing mode, with six brightness settings to suit a dark room or a bedtime feed. A 30-, 60- or 90-minute timer can switch playback off automatically, continuous playback is also available. The memory function keeps the last-used sound, volume and light settings for the next use.

Key takeaways

The machine can also act as a wireless speaker, connecting to a phone for music, podcasts or audiobooks. Its 16 volume levels give you control over playback intensity, while the 3-minute recording feature lets you save a familiar voice or lullaby. You can replace a previous recording with a new one when you want to change it.

The built-in 20,000mAh battery provides over 25 hours of playtime, and a full charge takes 3 hours via Type-C. At 203g, it is straightforward to pack in a changing bag, suitcase or backpack. Buyers also praise the sound selection and adjustable lighting, and some highlight the battery life in their feedback.

How to use it

Place the machine near the bed or in the room where you want soothing sound or soft light. Select a track and set the volume, then choose a timer or leave playback running. For an evening feed, the light can be switched on independently and adjusted to one of its brightness levels. When travelling, its compact, 203g design and wireless-speaker function make it useful for bedtime audio as well as listening to content from a phone.
