FOREHILL P671 Kids’ Storage Unit, 140cm Bookcase, Bench and 3 Wheeled Drawers

A practical reading and play area needs books within easy reach, with a place for toys and a seat nearby. The FOREHILL P671 brings these jobs together in one freestanding unit for a child’s bedroom, playroom, nursery or shared living space.

Its four-tier book display keeps book covers visible, while two open compartments and three mobile drawers give everyday items their own places. A removable soft cushion turns the top into a handy spot for reading beside the shelves.

Choose front-facing book storage when helping children pick out a story is a priority, for toys and smaller essentials, the drawers and open compartments make tidying part of the same setup. The white finish and rectangular shape suit a range of rooms.

How to use it

Set the unit up as a combined bookshelf, storage organiser and bench in a reading corner or playroom. Place books on the four-tier display so their covers are easy to see, and use the two open compartments for items such as dolls, blocks, a lamp or other daily essentials. The three drawers have 360° swivel castors, making them easy to move out for play and back into place when tidying up.

The cushion provides a soft seat beside the books, and its cover is detachable. The unit is freestanding and requires assembly, assembly instructions and accessories are included. The instructions are in German. Two anti-tipping devices are provided to support stability, fit them as directed during assembly.

What stands out

Rather than choosing between a separate book display and a toy storage bench, this design combines both with open compartments in a single piece of furniture. The tiered shelves bring book covers into view, while the wheeled drawers keep toys, stationery and other small belongings together and accessible. That mix is useful in a child’s room where floor space serves more than one purpose, or in a reading corner that also needs everyday storage.

The unit is made from engineered wood and has a painted white finish. Rounded top corners and cut-out handles are among its considered details. At 140 x 39.5 x 80 cm, it offers a broad storage and seating area, its rectangular form can sit against a wall or help define a dedicated corner in a room.

Key takeaways

The P671 is designed for books, toys, stationery, dolls, ornaments and other daily necessities. Its four-tier bookshelf gives books a visible home, while the two open compartments suit items you want to keep on display. Use the three castor-mounted drawers for toys or belongings that are better gathered out of sight, then move them as needed during play or tidying.

This combination suits households looking for accessible, display-led book storage alongside flexible toy organisation. A standalone bookcase may make more sense when books alone are the focus, this unit brings a bench cushion and multiple storage types together for a room that needs to do both.

Is it worth it?

Worth considering if you want one child-friendly furniture unit to support reading, play and everyday tidying. The visible book shelves encourage easy browsing, the wheeled drawers simplify access to stored toys, and the cushioned bench adds a place to sit close to the books. For a reading nook or playroom where storage and seating need to work together, the FOREHILL P671 offers a clear, space-conscious way to organise the essentials.
