AUNA 8e411905-6451-4487-bba0-bb76a64a9f87 DAB Radio with Bluetooth, DAB+/FM

DAB, DAB+ and FM reception gives this AUNA radio several ways to tune in, while Bluetooth adds wireless streaming from a mobile phone or tablet. Its rechargeable design makes it practical to move around the home, and mains power is available for longer listening indoors. A clear HCC display shows station and track information as you listen.

Key features

The radio combines digital and FM broadcasts, so you can choose from DAB and DAB+ stations as well as traditional FM. An extendible, swivelling telescopic aerial helps you position the radio for reception, while the HCC display can show details such as the station, artist and song title. That information is useful when you want to identify what is playing without reaching for another device.

Bluetooth streaming gives the radio a second role as a wireless speaker: pair it with a phone or tablet to play audio beyond live broadcasts. There is also a USB input, an alarm clock and a timer, bringing everyday listening and wake-up functions together in one unit. The rechargeable battery provides up to five hours of operation, and the included power supply supports mains use indoors. A wood-effect design adds a more traditional look than a compact, screen-free portable speaker.

Who it’s for

This radio suits listeners who want broadcast stations and personal music playback in the same device. DAB/DAB+/FM reception is useful when you prefer tuning in to radio, while Bluetooth lets you play audio from a compatible phone or tablet when you want to choose the content yourself. The alarm clock and timer also make it a practical fit for a kitchen, bedroom or home workspace.

If you are choosing between a radio focused only on broadcasts and a Bluetooth speaker focused on streaming, this model brings both uses together. It suits you if you want to move your listening between rooms without relying solely on a phone for radio, while keeping Bluetooth streaming available for your own playlists and other audio.

Everyday use

Set it up in the kitchen for the morning news, then move it to a desk or another room for music while you work. The rechargeable battery supports portable listening, and mains power gives you another way to use it indoors. When a station is hard to pick up, the aerial can be extended and swivelled to help with reception. The HCC display makes it easier to see which station or track is playing at a glance.

For a change from live radio, connect a phone or tablet over Bluetooth and stream audio through the radio’s stereo sound. The alarm clock and timer add useful functions for regular routines, so the radio can play a part in both daily listening and planned wake-up times.

Before you decide

Which radio bands does it receive? It supports DAB, DAB+ and FM, giving you digital and traditional FM radio options.

Can it play audio from a phone? Yes. Bluetooth supports wireless streaming from a smartphone or tablet, alongside radio listening.

How can it be powered? It has a rechargeable battery for portable use and can also run from mains power using the included power supply. Battery operation is rated for up to five hours.

When it makes sense

Choose this AUNA when you want one radio for broadcast listening and Bluetooth audio, rather than separate devices for each. Its rechargeable operation, mains power option, station display and alarm clock make it well suited to everyday use around the home, with the freedom to move it between rooms.
