Lepro E1 AI Permanent Outdoor Lights, 300 ft, 180 RGB+IC LEDs, Dual Output

At 300 ft, the Lepro E1 AI is a permanent outdoor lighting kit for eaves, soffits and rooflines. Its 180 RGB+IC LEDs let you create colour-changing effects along the line, with individual light control through the Lepro app.

The dual-output controller supports a single run or a split layout from one power source, making it easier to plan coverage across different sections of a home. Want an effect that moves in a particular direction? Choose from four flow modes in the app.

Built for outdoor use, the lights and power adapter are rated IP67, while the in-line controller is rated IP65. Use the app for colour, brightness, timers and custom scenes, or connect to Alexa or Google Assistant.

How to use it

Install the light strings along an outdoor eave, soffit or roofline, then use the Lepro app to set colours, build DIY scenes, adjust brightness and schedule a timer. The RGB+IC design supports independently controlled lights, so you can set different colours across sections or switch off particular lights. Four flow directions—left to right, right to left, centre outward and centre inward—add movement for seasonal displays or everyday decoration.

The dual-output controller gives you the choice of a single run or a split run, useful when the roofline branches in two directions. The set includes extension cables for spacing between the controller and first string, or between strings, do not place an extension between the power adapter and controller. For app control, connect over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Wi-Fi is needed for Alexa, while Bluetooth provides app features such as DIY scenes and on/off control.

Buyers commonly praise the lighting, appearance and straightforward installation. Feedback is more mixed on app operation and connectivity, and some buyers mention adhesive concerns, so plan the mounting method with your roofline surface in mind.

Included in the pack

The kit contains twelve 25 ft light strings, four extension cables, a dual-output in-line controller and power adapter, double-sided tape, screws and plastic expansion anchors. The strings are not designed to be cut, plan the layout using the supplied runs and extensions.

What to clarify

Can I control the lights with Alexa or Google Assistant? Yes. The kit works with both assistants. Connect the lights to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi first, Bluetooth app control does not provide Alexa connectivity.

Can I cut the light strings to fit a roofline? No. Cutting the strings is not supported and can affect recognition of the lights in the app. Plan the run with the complete strings and supplied extension cables.

Can I use the set for a split roofline? Yes. The dual-output controller supports a split run or a single run from one power source. Extension cables can go between the controller and first string, or between two strings, but not between the power adapter and controller.

When it makes sense

The Lepro E1 AI suits homeowners planning permanent, app-controlled lighting across a long outdoor roofline, particularly when a split layout or changing scenes for holidays is part of the plan. Its 300 ft length, addressable RGB+IC lights and dual-output controller bring flexible colour design to eaves and soffits, while app and voice-assistant control make it practical to adjust the display after installation.
