Septimus Heap, Book Seven: Fyre Audiobook, Unabridged, 15 Hours
Product description
For listeners following Septimus Heap through the series, Fyre is the seventh and final book in the sequence, presented here as an unabridged audiobook. Angie Sage’s story is narrated by Gerard Doyle, making this edition a listening-format way to experience the complete book. Its 15 hours and 4 minutes of audio give you the full-length story in one edition.
Everyday use
Choose this edition if you’d rather listen to the book than read it in print. The unabridged format preserves the full-length audiobook presentation, while Gerard Doyle’s narration carries the story from beginning to end. That makes it a natural fit for a dedicated listening session or for returning to the series in audio form. The runtime is also useful when deciding how this book fits into your listening plans: it is a substantial full-length story, rather than a short excerpt.
As book seven of seven, Fyre is the closing instalment for anyone collecting or continuing the Septimus Heap sequence in order. Starting with the earlier books can help keep the series’ progression intact, for listeners already familiar with the characters and their journey, this edition provides the final book in the same series. It keeps the focus on the complete story and its narration, rather than an abridged retelling.
Why it’s worth it
The key distinction is the combination of an unabridged presentation and a named narrator. You can choose the audio edition for the experience of hearing the complete book, with Gerard Doyle narrating Angie Sage’s work. If you are weighing an audiobook against reading a printed book, the practical difference is the format: this edition is designed to be listened to, and its stated length helps set expectations for the time commitment.
It also has a clear place in the series. Rather than an unrelated standalone title, Fyre is identified as the seventh book in Septimus Heap. That makes it especially relevant to listeners looking to complete the sequence, or to add its final instalment to an audiobook collection. HarperCollins is listed as the publisher.
