SANRUI Clear Acrylic Business Card Holder, 3-Tier Desk Display

The clear, three-tier layout keeps business cards visible and easy to reach, while helping maintain a tidy desk or counter. SANRUI’s acrylic holder has a stated capacity of 150 cards, making it a practical way to present contact details in spaces where visitors can pick up a card without searching through a drawer.

Its polished, transparent finish gives the display a clean look that fits naturally into an office or reception area.

Technical overview

Made from acrylic, this desktop holder brings card storage and display together in one compact stand. Three pockets separate the cards into accessible rows, so a receptionist, sales professional or business owner can keep cards within reach during everyday interactions. The listed 150-card capacity offers room to replenish the display less often, with the number each pocket holds depending on card thickness.

• Type: Desktop business card holder and display
• Material: Acrylic
• Finish: Polished
• Colour: Clear, listed as horizontal
• Capacity: 150 cards
• Dimensions: 12.1D x 12.1W x 11.2H centimetres

The 8 mm non-slip base is designed to help the holder stay steady on a desk or counter as cards are taken. Its streamlined shape leaves the cards accessible from the front, while the clear acrylic keeps the display from obscuring the cards themselves. Buyers also highlight its neat appearance and solid feel, along with its usefulness for keeping cards organized and on display.

How to use it

Place the holder on a desk, reception counter or tabletop where people can see and reach the cards. The three pockets help keep a supply organized in one spot, whether the display is used in a doctor’s office, retail outlet, leasing office, travel agency or at a business meeting or exhibition. Compared with keeping cards tucked away in a drawer, an open desktop stand makes them easier to notice and pick up when someone needs your contact information.

For a shared counter, position the stand with its pockets facing the visitor side and replenish the cards as needed. The clear format also keeps the display visually simple when it sits among other desk essentials. To maintain the polished surface, wipe it with a damp cloth.

Usage tips

Arrange the cards so each pocket is easy to access, and keep the holder on a level surface for convenient use. If you are setting up for a meeting or event, placing the stand near the point where visitors arrive makes the cards readily available as people introduce themselves. The three-pocket design is useful when you want to separate different card stacks while keeping them together in a single display.

Card thickness affects how many fit in each pocket, so use the stated 150-card capacity as a guide for the holder overall rather than expecting every stack to occupy the same space. Its compact footprint—12.1D x 12.1W centimetres—helps it fit on a desk or counter without turning card storage into a separate station.

When it makes sense

This SANRUI holder suits workplaces and event tables that need business cards to be both stored and presented clearly. It is especially useful when cards are handed out regularly and should remain visible, organized and close at hand. Choose it for a straightforward desktop display with three accessible pockets, transparent acrylic construction and room for a stated 150 cards.
