Leathario A4 Padfolio

For a meeting where you need more than a few loose pages, an A4 padfolio can keep notes and work essentials together. The Leathario portfolio combines a zip closure with a three-ring binder and multiple pockets.

It includes a handle, a pen holder, a phone pocket, card slots and a clipboard, along with five tabbed binder dividers. That gives you a way to separate papers instead of carrying them as one stack.

If you prioritize organised storage and easy carrying, this format has a clear purpose, if you prefer a slim folder with little to manage, its binder and pockets may feel like more than you need.

Where it shines

The dividers are useful when a meeting or workday involves several documents that should stay separate, such as notes, handouts and forms. The three-ring binder keeps those pages together, while the zip closure helps keep the contents contained when you pick it up by the handle or pack it for a trip.

For example, you could sort meeting papers behind the tabs, keep a pen in its holder and use the clipboard while taking notes. Card slots and a phone pocket give smaller items their own places, rather than leaving them loose among the documents. It is a more organised approach than a basic folder, especially if you regularly carry several kinds of work materials.

What to know

The portfolio is described as embossed vegan leather and as waterproof, but no details are provided about the level of water protection or how it was tested. Treat that claim as a useful feature, not a reason to expose papers or electronics to wet conditions. The product description also does not give tablet dimensions or confirm which tablet sizes fit, despite listing tablets among its intended contents.

The A4 format and built-in storage make it suited to paperwork and office essentials, but the extra organisation comes with more structure than a plain document sleeve. If you only carry a few sheets, a simpler folder may be easier to handle. It suits you if you want papers, notes and small work items grouped in one zipped case. Better to skip it if you need confirmed tablet fit or want a minimal, lightweight way to carry documents.

Best use cases

This setup makes the most sense for office days, interviews, appointments and business travel where you want documents sorted and within reach. The handle is handy when you are moving between rooms or carrying the portfolio on its own, the rings and dividers are more useful when you need to keep categories apart. Students and professionals who take notes alongside printed material may also find the clipboard and pen holder practical.

It is less compelling for someone who rarely carries paperwork or already relies on a separate organiser for cards and small items. There is no stated size information for the portfolio itself beyond its A4 format, so the description does not establish how much extra room remains once documents and other items are packed inside.

The bottom line

Choose the Leathario if your priority is keeping A4 papers, notes and everyday work essentials in one handled, zipped organiser. Its dividers, rings and pockets offer more separation than a straightforward folder. If tablet fit is central to your decision, or you want a very simple document carrier, the missing fit details and more involved layout are good reasons to look for a different format.
