RUNIMON Walking Pad Treadmill with Manual Incline, LED Display and App Control

The RUNIMON’s manual incline settings add a hill-walking option without taking the workout off the treadmill, while its compact format is intended for home or office use. It also has a remote and Bluetooth app support for adjusting or tracking sessions.

At 14.6 kg, it can be moved using its front wheels, and no installation is required. Its listed maximum speed is 5 miles per hour, so its strongest fit is everyday walking and lighter jogging rather than a higher-speed running routine.

The essentials

This is a walking pad with a brushless motor rated at 2.75 hp, an LED display and adjustable speed. The product description groups its uses into office, walking, jogging, running and climbing modes, the speed range and incline settings are the more useful details for judging whether those modes suit your routine. The display shows workout information, while Bluetooth support connects with the FITSHOW app for control and activity tracking. A magnetic remote provides another way to adjust the speed.

Incline is adjusted manually, with listed settings of 0%, 7% and 9%. That gives you a choice between a flat walk and a steeper session, but it is not an electronically adjusted incline. The stated maximum speed is 5 miles per hour, a practical boundary to keep in mind if you are comparing it with a full-size treadmill intended for faster running.

Buyers’ comments commonly praise its straightforward setup and use, quiet operation, remote and incline options. Those are user impressions rather than a guarantee of the same experience in every home. The product listing also describes the motor as operating below 35 dB.

Size & fit

The treadmill measures 112.01 x 48.01 x 10.92 cm and weighs 14.6 kg. Its walking surface is listed as 39.37 x 15.75 inches, with a five-layer, non-slip belt. Consider the surface dimensions in relation to your stride and available floor space, particularly if you plan to walk while working at a desk.

Front wheels make it easier to move between sessions, and the listing says it can be stored under a bed or sofa. That depends on having enough clearance where you intend to put it, its height is 10.92 cm. The black-and-blue colour and stainless-steel material are also listed, though neither changes the space needed for use.

Tips for day-to-day use

For a work-from-home routine, place the pad where you can walk safely without obstructing your desk area, then use the remote to make speed adjustments. The app is an alternative for control and recording workout data. Check that the walking surface suits your natural stride before relying on it for longer sessions.

Use the manual incline settings when you want a change from flat walking, bearing in mind that adjustments are not described as automatic. Its wheels help with repositioning, but it is still a 14.6 kg machine rather than something to leave out of your planning when choosing a storage spot.

When it makes sense

Worth considering if you want a compact indoor option for adding walking to a home or office day, with a choice of incline and app or remote controls. Compared with a basic flat walking pad, the manual incline offers more variation, compared with a larger treadmill, this model has a stated maximum speed of 5 miles per hour and a narrower, compact format.

Better avoided if your priority is regular fast running or electronically controlled incline changes. For walking and lighter sessions, its dimensions, wheels and no-installation setup may make it easier to work into a smaller-space routine, provided you have room to use and store it.
