Pitooler PG-245XL Black Ink Cartridge, High-Yield Canon PIXMA Replacement

Usage tips

For printing forms, letters and other everyday documents at home or in a small office, this Pitooler PG-245XL cartridge supplies black ink for compatible Canon PIXMA inkjet printers. Its high-yield format is rated for up to 410 pages at 5% coverage, so it can support regular printing with fewer cartridge changes than a lower-yield option. The cartridge includes a smart chip and is designed as a compatible replacement for the Canon PG-245XL line.

Before installation, remove the black protective cover and the nozzle sealing tape. Then install the cartridge in a compatible printer according to the printer’s usual cartridge-loading process. The 410-page figure is based on 5% page coverage, actual yield varies with the amount of ink used on each page. For typical text documents, that rating offers a useful reference when planning replacement supplies.

Benefits

This cartridge is a practical choice when you need black ink for routine paper printing and want a compatible alternative to an OEM cartridge. The smart chip is built into the cartridge, while the high-yield rating gives frequent home or office users a clear page-yield reference. It is supplied as a single black cartridge, making it straightforward to replace the black ink supply without buying a multi-colour pack.

For example, when a household needs to print school forms or a home office is preparing correspondence, the black cartridge supports the text-focused work these tasks call for. Its listed compatibility spans a range of PIXMA MG, MX, TR, TS and iP models, so the key buying step is matching the printer’s model number to the supported list. If you prefer a Canon-branded OEM cartridge, that is a different purchasing route, this product is identified as a compatible, non-OEM replacement.
