Nakagishi Neutral 10' x 12' Pink Washable Area Rug, Low-Pile Polyester

A soft polyester surface gives this pink Nakagishi rug a comfortable place to land in everyday indoor spaces. Its 10' x 12' rectangular format creates a broad area for living rooms, bedrooms or family spaces. Could a rug be both easy to care for and ready for daily use? This one is machine washable, with a non-slip TPE backing designed to help keep it in place.

Quick overview

Made from polyester with a machine-woven, low-pile construction, this area rug brings a soft layer underfoot without a high pile. Its pink colour adds a noticeable accent, while the stain-resistant surface is suited to the routine spills and dirt that come with a busy home. For wet spills, wipe the area promptly, the rug is water resistant, not a substitute for cleaning up liquids.

Care is straightforward: wash in cold water in a washing machine and dry without heat. The rug is also foldable, making it practical to move or store between uses. Its soft TPE rubber backing is designed to grip the floor and help reduce slipping, while reinforced lock edges help keep the woven finish tidy.

Quick sizing guide

The rug measures 10' x 12' and has a rectangular shape. Use those dimensions to plan coverage in your room, allowing for the furniture layout and the amount of visible floor you want around the edges. It can define a shared seating area or add a soft surface beneath a bedroom arrangement. If you are choosing between a smaller accent rug and a single rug to cover a larger section of floor, this size offers the broader layout.

Everyday use

This rug is intended for indoor spaces including living rooms, bedrooms, nurseries, dining rooms, offices, hallways and entryways. The soft surface offers a comfortable spot for children and pets to play or rest, and the low pile suits rooms where people walk through regularly. In a living room, for example, it can bring the seating area together while giving children a softer place to play nearby. Its pink finish adds colour to the room without relying on a busy pattern.

Buyers have praised the softness, and some find the rug easy to vacuum. Feedback is mixed on colour, size, thickness and stability, while some buyers report that wrinkles can be difficult to smooth out. These impressions can help set expectations when choosing a rug for a particular room and layout.
