myhalos ES-SL3P-MASK 3D Memory Foam Sleep Mask, Black

Memory foam gives the myhalos sleep mask a soft, contoured shape designed to create space around the eyes. Its black finish and breathable material make it a practical choice for winding down at home or resting while travelling.

The 3D eye cups are designed to sit without pressing on the eyelids or lashes. With 16 mm-deep eye cups and a raised nose area, the shape helps block light while keeping the mask away from the eyes.

An adjustable hook-and-loop closure lets you set the fit around your head. The lightweight mask is also hand-washable, making it straightforward to care for between nights away or regular use.

Practical tips

Position the contoured cups around your eyes, then adjust the hook-and-loop strap for a comfortable fit. The eye-space design is intended to avoid contact with eyelids and lashes, while the raised nose area helps the mask sit across the bridge of the nose and limit light entering from below. A secure, adjustable fit is useful when you change sleeping positions or settle in for a nap during travel.

For care, hand wash the mask. When packing it for a flight, hotel stay or overnight trip, the included protective pouch gives you a dedicated place to store it with your travel essentials. Compared with a simple flat sleep mask, this contoured style focuses on eye clearance as well as light blocking, which may suit people who prefer a mask that does not rest directly against their eyelids.

Everyday use

Use the mask at bedtime, during daytime sleep after a night shift, or when you want to rest in a brighter setting. Its blackout design is made to help create a darker space for sleep, and the breathable fabric supports comfortable wear over a rest period. The light, compact format also makes it easy to take along for naps on flights or in hotels.

The mask is designed with side sleeping in mind, with a contoured shape intended to reduce pressure around the temples and help it stay in position. Buyers often highlight the light-blocking effect, comfortable feel and lack of pressure on the eyes. Some also appreciate that it stays in place during sleep. These are individual impressions rather than a guarantee of fit, but they point to the features that matter most when choosing a mask for regular rest.

Buying verdict

Choose the myhalos mask if you want a contoured, breathable sleep mask that combines a darkening design with space around the eyes. The adjustable closure supports a more personalized fit, while the hand-washable memory foam construction and travel pouch suit use both at home and away. It makes sense if you value eye clearance and a compact companion for bedtime, shift-work sleep or travel naps.
