MayPaw MA05 Rope Dog Leash, 10 ft Nylon Lead, Purple, 1/2 in
Product description
A shorter lead suits close handling in busy spaces, while extra length gives a dog more room to explore on an outing. The MayPaw MA05 is a 10 ft nylon rope leash in purple, with a 1/2 in thickness intended for medium and large dogs. Its rotating clasp, reinforced leather connection and easy-grip loop handle support practical control on everyday walks and outdoor trips.
The rope design keeps the lead lightweight and easy to fold into a pocket or bag between uses. A solid colour adds a simple visual accent, while the silver snap clasp attaches to a dog’s collar or harness.

Who it’s for
This length and rope thickness are specified for medium and large dogs, making the MA05 a practical choice for people who want a longer lead for walks, training or exploring outdoors. The 10 ft format offers more room to move than a shorter walking leash, while the large loop handle gives the handler a clear place to hold and guide the dog. For buyers choosing between a close-control lead and a longer option, this version prioritizes extra length for settings where a little more space is useful.
A 360° rotating heavy-duty clasp is designed to help prevent tangles as a dog changes direction. The nylon rope is described as strong and wear-resistant, and reinforced stitching at the leather connector supports the join between leash and clasp. The snap closure makes attachment to a collar or harness straightforward.
Buyer feedback commonly highlights the leash’s sturdy feel, comfortable grip, appreciated length and purple colour. Some customers also report mixed experiences with the clasp, so feedback on that component is not uniform. These comments offer a sense of what buyers notice while the listed features remain the basis for choosing the leash.
Box contents
The package includes one MayPaw dog leash. Its lightweight, foldable design makes it easy to carry along when packing for a walk, hike, beach trip or training session. The purple solid finish provides a distinctive look without changing the straightforward rope-leash format.
Buying verdict
Choose the MayPaw MA05 when a medium or large dog needs a 10 ft lead for daily walks or outdoor activities, and you want a rope style with a loop handle for a secure hold. Its combination of nylon construction, reinforced leather connection and rotating snap clasp makes it suited to routine handling, while the longer format gives the dog more room than a compact lead. A solid pick if extra leash length and easy packability are priorities for your outings.
