JOFIOS TZ28 Solar Post Cap Lights, 12-Pack, Dual-Colour LED, Waterproof
Product description
Add solar lighting to a deck or fence by fitting these post cap lights over compatible posts. The JOFIOS TZ28 set includes 12 black fixtures, each with LED light in a choice of warm white or cool white.
Would you prefer a softer glow for a patio gathering or a brighter white look along the fence? Switch between the two colour modes to suit the setting.
Solar power and automatic on/off operation make these lights a practical way to illuminate outdoor posts without a wired lighting setup. They’re designed for post mounting, with installation using a few screws.
Technical overview
Each fixture combines a solar panel with an LED light source and a plastic body. The black finish and classic post-cap shape add a defined look to fence and deck posts, while the vertically striped shade helps soften direct light.

Compatibility & requirements
These lights are designed for outdoor post mounting. The stated fit is 4x4 and 6x6 wooden posts, as well as 4x4 and 5x5 vinyl posts. Check the post type and size before installation so the cap can sit properly. For solar charging, place the panels where they receive direct sunlight during the day.
How to use it
Position each light on a compatible deck, fence or garden post and secure it with a few screws. Select warm white or cool white to create the look you want, then let the automatic control switch the lights on and off. For a patio, warm white can bring a softer feel to the perimeter, cool white offers a brighter-looking accent along a fence or walkway.
The solar design suits locations where you want post lighting without routing a wired connection to each fixture. A set of 12 can carry the same style across several posts, helping tie together a deck, porch or backyard boundary.
What to clarify
Which post sizes are supported? The stated sizes are 4x4 and 6x6 for wooden posts, and 4x4 and 5x5 for vinyl posts. Match the fixture to the post material and size before fitting it.
Can I choose the light colour? Yes. The lights offer warm white and cool white modes, so you can choose between a warmer or brighter-looking effect.
How do the lights operate? They’re solar powered and switch on and off automatically. The manufacturer recommends 4–6 hours of direct sunlight for charging and describes 10–12 hours of illumination at night.
When it makes sense
