Goodpick rope21-Lsquare brownGoodpick Woven Laundry Basket, 75 L Cotton, Brown

At 55 × 38 × 30 cm, this rectangular cotton basket gives laundry and household items a defined place without taking up the footprint of a round design.

Its 75 L capacity is suited to bulky items such as blankets, pillows and towels, as well as everyday laundry.

The brown woven finish and two handles make it practical to keep in a living room, bedroom, bathroom or laundry area, then carry where it is needed.

What to know

The Goodpick basket is made from cotton and has a rectangular shape that can be placed on the floor or fitted onto a shelf, in a wardrobe or inside a closet. That shape makes it useful when you want storage to sit neatly alongside other items, rather than occupy an open corner on its own. Its brown colour offers a neutral look for shared living spaces, while the woven texture gives stored blankets or toys a more considered home than an open pile.

With a stated capacity of 75 L, it can hold larger household essentials as well as clothing. The product description gives examples including throw blankets, pillows and quilts, it can also be used for towels, stuffed toys or laundry. Buyers appreciate its generous storage and appearance, and some note that it fits well in mudroom compartments. Their views on folding are mixed, so its main strength is having a roomy, ready-to-use storage spot rather than relying on it as a consistently compact shape when put away.

How to use it

Choose a spot according to what you want to keep close at hand. In a living room, use it for extra blankets and pillows, in a bathroom, gather towels in one place, or set it in a bedroom or laundry area for clothes. The two handles make it easier to move the basket between rooms, such as carrying laundry from a bedroom to the laundry area or bringing stored linens out when guests arrive.

For a more contained storage arrangement, place it on a suitable shelf or in a closet or wardrobe. If you are organizing a mudroom, its rectangular profile can work in a compartment where a round basket would leave unused space. Choose the location around the items you plan to store, so the basket’s large capacity is useful without getting in the way of everyday movement.

Getting the most from it

Give the basket one clear job in each room: blankets by the sofa, pillows in a bedroom, towels in the bathroom or toys in a child’s room. This keeps frequently used items easy to find and helps bring visual order to open shelves and floor space. For a family laundry routine, it can also serve as a central place to collect clothing before it is moved to the laundry area.

The cotton construction and woven design suit everyday home storage, while the handles are useful when the basket needs to travel from room to room. Buyers describe it as attractive and roomy, and appreciate its usefulness for storing bulky household items. If you plan to fold it away between uses, keep in mind that customer experiences with how well it retains its rectangular form vary.
