GDTOWD SK90A195231 45W Laptop AC Adapter, Blue Tip, 19.5V 2.31A

Key points

A 45W output gives this GDTOWD adapter a clearly defined role: powering compatible HP laptops that use a 19.5V, 2.31A charger. Its blue-tip design is identified for a broad range of HP families, including Stream, Pavilion x360, EliteBook, ProBook, Envy, Spectre, Notebook and ZBook models. The adapter also lists Chromebook compatibility across several brands, so it may suit more than one laptop in a household when the device’s exact power requirements and connection match.

Built-in protection is designed to guard against overload, overheating, excess current, overvoltage and short circuits. That makes it a practical replacement for everyday charging at a desk or in a travel setup. Buyers frequently report successful use with compatible HP laptops, including Spectre x360 models, feedback on charging speed is mixed, and some buyers mention durability concerns.

Getting the most from it

Use the adapter as a replacement charger for a compatible laptop, whether you need a power supply at your regular workspace or a second one to keep elsewhere. Its corded design connects to a North American Type A, two-pin power outlet. The package lists both the 45W AC adapter and a power cord, giving you the components described for connecting it to power.

When choosing a replacement, match the laptop’s exact model and charging connection rather than relying only on a family name. This adapter is identified as 19.5V and 2.31A, so those details provide a useful reference when comparing it with the charger specified for your device. If you are deciding between a model-specific replacement and a universal multi-tip charger, this option centres on the listed laptop families and blue-tip format.

Who it’s for

This charger is intended for owners of compatible HP laptops who need a 45W replacement or an additional power supply.
