The NEU100C is designed for both hard floors and carpets, including low-pile carpet. Its motor provides suction for picking up dirt, hair and debris across these surfaces, while the upright format keeps regular floor cleaning straightforward. The lightweight design is useful when carrying the vacuum between floors or moving it around a smaller home.

Practical tips

Use the quick-release handle when cleaning above the floor: it makes the vacuum easier to adapt for stairs, curtains, ceiling fans and window sills. The crevice tool helps reach narrow spaces, while the dusting brush is intended for delicate surfaces. Both tools store on the vacuum handle, so they’re close at hand when switching between tasks.

For routine floor care, move between hard flooring and low-pile carpet as needed. When it’s time to maintain the filter, rinse the washable foam filter and reuse it. The dust cup has an easy-empty bottom, making it simple to release collected dirt after a cleaning session.

What you get

The EUREKA NEU100C comes with a crevice tool and a dusting brush. Since both accessories can be stored on the handle, they’re readily available for quick changes from floor cleaning to tighter or more delicate areas. This combination is useful for a home-cleaning routine that includes both open floor space and detailed dusting.

Questions before you buy

Can it clean both carpet and hard floors? Yes. It is described for use on hard floors and carpets, with low-pile carpets specifically identified as a suitable surface.

Can I use it on stairs or other above-floor areas? The quick-release handle allows above-floor cleaning, including stairs, curtains, ceiling fans and window sills. The crevice tool and dusting brush support cleaning narrow spaces and delicate surfaces.

How do I care for the filter? The foam filter is washable: rinse it and reuse it as part of ongoing maintenance.

When it makes sense

Choose the NEU100C for everyday home cleaning when you want one lightweight, bagless upright for hard floors and low-pile carpets, with a way to reach beyond the floor as well. Its quick-release handle, washable filter and stored-onboard tools make it a practical match for routines that move between floor care, stairs and household dusting.
