ECOVACS DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI Robot Vacuum with OZMO Roller, 16,600 Pa Suction

For households looking to combine vacuuming and mopping in one cleaning routine, the ECOVACS DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI brings strong suction and a self-washing roller mop together in one robot.

Its OZMO Roller washes itself as it mops, while the OMNI station handles mop washing, hot-air drying, self-emptying and self-refilling. That means less hands-on upkeep between cleaning sessions.

With carpet care, obstacle avoidance and app or voice control, it’s designed to move between everyday floor-cleaning tasks with minimal manual adjustment.

Why it makes sense

The DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI is built for mixed flooring, with hard floors and low-pile carpets listed as suitable surfaces. Its 16,600 Pa BLAST suction picks up dust, debris and pet hair, while the fresh-water OZMO Roller mops and washes itself as it works. Rather than relying on a vacuum-only robot and handling mopping separately, this combines both tasks with a station that also washes the roller and dries it with hot air.

The Triple Lift system adapts to different cleaning situations: it lifts the mop over carpets, raises the side brush for larger debris and lifts the main brush to avoid contact with spills. How does it handle the transition between floor types? Carpet care is built into the cleaning system, so you don’t need to make those adjustments by hand.

Highlights

LiDAR navigation and AI obstacle avoidance help the robot move around the home, while multi-floor mapping, no-go zones and scheduling let you tailor cleaning through the app. App and voice control are supported, including compatibility with amazon Echo, Google Home and smartphones. The listed battery life is 200 minutes.

The ZeroTangle 3.0 system uses a V-shaped roller brush and anti-tangle side brushes to help prevent hair from building up around the brushes. This is a practical detail for homes where pet hair is part of the regular floor-cleaning workload. Buyers have praised the self-cleaning function, suction and navigation, while feedback is more divided on mapping and water dispensing. Those differing experiences are useful context when comparing a robot with an all-in-one station to a simpler vacuum-only model.

Usage tips

Use the app to set a schedule, create no-go zones and work with multi-floor maps for your home. Voice control is another way to manage cleaning, with Amazon Echo and Google Home listed as compatible devices. For a typical routine, the robot can vacuum and mop accessible hard floors, lift its mop when moving over carpet, then return to the OMNI station for washing and drying. The included kit lists a replaceable roller mop, side brush, main brush and cover, antibacterial filter and dust bag, plus clean- and dirty-water tanks.

When it makes sense

Worth considering if you want one robot to handle both vacuuming and mopping across hard floors and low-pile carpets, with station-based care built into the routine. Its strongest fit is a home where reducing manual mop maintenance matters as much as picking up dust and pet hair. The OZMO self-washing roller, Triple Lift carpet care and hands-free station make it a purpose-built choice for recurring whole-home floor cleaning.
