Dremel 7350-PET Pet Nail Grinder, 4V Cordless, Lightweight Design

How it fits

For pet owners who want to groom their dog’s or cat’s nails at home, the Dremel 7350-PET offers a rotary alternative to clippers or a manual nail file. Its cordless, lightweight design makes it easier to handle as you work around each paw. The grinder is designed for large, medium and small dogs, as well as cats, so it can suit households with pets of different sizes.

Getting your pet comfortable with the tool is part of a calm grooming routine. Dremel recommends first letting your pet investigate it while switched off, then turning it on so they can get used to the sound. Start slowly, work gently around each nail and use play breaks and positive reinforcement if your pet becomes anxious. This gradual approach helps make at-home nail care more manageable for both of you.

Where it shines

The 7350-PET grinds nails instead of clipping them, giving pet owners a different way to approach routine claw care. Its single-speed operation and compact, ergonomic cordless format support controlled handling as you move from paw to paw. With a 4V lithium-ion battery and micro-USB charging, the tool is ready for grooming away from a fixed power connection. An LED indicator turns off when charging is complete.

Dremel describes this model as 7% quieter and as offering 30% more runtime than the 7300-PT. Those comparisons may help when choosing between the two Dremel grinders, while the 7350-PET’s own design focuses on lightweight handling and home grooming. Buyers often describe nail trimming as easier to manage with the grinder than with clippers, and appreciate the rechargeable design. Feedback on sound, power and durability is mixed, so a gradual introduction can help your pet become familiar with the tool before a full grooming session.

For a practical session, choose a calm spot, let your pet get used to the sound, then work on one paw at a time with a gentle touch. The kit includes sanding bands and a drum mandrel, so you have the specified grinding accessories for nail care. It suits you if you want a rechargeable rotary tool for regular dog or cat nail grooming at home.
