Dreame H12 Pro Gen2 Wet-Dry Vacuum and Mop with Edge Cleaning

For everyday spills, crumbs and tracked-in debris on hard floors, the Dreame H12 Pro Gen2 vacuums and washes in the same cleaning pass. Its cordless stick format makes it easy to move around indoor spaces. Edge-to-edge brush cleaning helps reach along baseboards and into corners. After cleaning, a self-cleaning cycle and hot-air brush drying simplify upkeep.

Key points

This wet-dry floor cleaner combines vacuuming and mopping, so you can collect debris while washing the floor instead of preparing for two separate passes. Smart mess detection adjusts suction in response to what the sensor detects, helping tailor cleaning for spills, hair and other debris. The self-propelled brush supports movement across the floor as you work.

The dual-edged brush is designed to clean close to baseboards and into corners, useful for areas a standard straight pass may not reach as closely. A serrated brush scraper lifts debris from the roller and directs it to the dirty-water tank, helping reduce hair winding during use.

After a session, start the self-cleaning process at the unit’s base, hot air dries the brush as part of the routine. Buyers often highlight the convenience of vacuuming and washing together and the time saved by self-cleaning. Feedback is mixed on durability, leakage and odour, so regular care remains part of keeping a wet-dry cleaner ready for its next use.

Care & maintenance

Run the self-cleaning function and empty the dirty-water tank after each use. Rinse the tank, and make sure the brush and filter are clean and thoroughly dry before using the cleaner again. Dreame recommends replacing the roller brush and filter every three to six months to maintain cleaning performance. For cleaning solution, the manufacturer recommends using Dreame solution formulated for this machine.

Who it’s for

This model suits indoor cleaning on hard floors, particularly when a routine involves both loose debris and wet messes. It’s a good fit if you want one cordless machine to vacuum and wash during the same pass, with edge-focused brushing for the perimeter of a room. The sensor-based suction adjustment can also help when the mess changes from one spot to another. Buyers who prefer a separate vacuum and mop can choose that two-tool approach, the H12 Pro Gen2 brings both tasks together in one cleaner.
