Dreame D20 Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop, 13,000 Pa, Self-Emptying, DuoBrush

LDS mapping helps the Dreame D20 Plus plan a route through your home, while 13,000 Pa suction and a detangling DuoBrush tackle everyday dust, pet hair and floor debris. It vacuums and mops in one run, so routine floor care can be handled by one robot instead of separate vacuuming and mopping sessions.

The auto-empty base transfers collected dust into a 5 L bag rated for up to 150 days of use. App and voice control let you start cleaning and manage routines from your phone or compatible smart home setup.

For smart-home connectivity, operate the robot on a 2.4 GHz network.

Best use cases

For pet households, the DuoBrush is designed to pick up fur while helping reduce hair tangles around the brush. The combination of strong suction and mopping suits regular care across hard floors and carpets, with the water-level settings offering control over the mopping routine. The robot is also suited to busy households that want scheduled cleaning and less frequent handling of collected dust.

How much easier would routine floor care be if vacuuming and mopping could happen in the same session? Compared with a vacuum-only robot, the D20 Plus adds mopping, compared with managing a vacuum and mop separately, it brings both tasks together in one device. Customers also highlight its room mapping, cleaning performance and convenience for everyday use, while feedback on operating noise is mixed.

Included in the pack

The pack includes the D20 Plus robot vacuum, an auto-empty base station, a base-station ramp extension plate, a mop pad holder, an instruction guide and a quick-start guide. The base station handles automatic dust collection, and the mop pad holder supports the robot’s mopping function.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want a mapped robot cleaner that combines vacuuming and mopping with reduced day-to-day dust-bin handling. The 5 L dust bag, app and voice controls, adjustable water levels and pet-hair-focused DuoBrush make it well suited to scheduled upkeep in homes with mixed floor types. For a practical setup, connect it to a 2.4 GHz network, create the maps and no-go zones you need, then use the app or voice control to fit cleaning into your household routine.
