Deconovo CT15733 Blackout Curtain, 52W x 84L, Black Polyester, Grommet Top
Product description
At 52W x 84L inches, this single black polyester curtain panel adds a darker, more private feel to a bedroom, living room or home office. Its dense, triple-weave fabric helps reduce incoming light and heat transfer, supporting a more comfortable room through changing seasons.
Metal grommets make the panel ready to hang on a curtain rod, while the black colour offers strong room-darkening performance.
Why it’s worth it
Use the panel to make a bedroom more restful, reduce glare while watching TV or add privacy to a living space. The fabric helps block sunlight and soften everyday outdoor noise, so it can serve as a practical alternative to a lighter decorative curtain when light control is a priority. It also helps limit heat transfer at the window, supporting a more stable indoor temperature in summer and winter.
The manufacturer describes darker colours such as black as blocking approximately 95–99% of light. Buyers often appreciate the light-blocking effect and appearance, though feedback on blackout performance is mixed. The fabric is designed to darken a room, rather than provide complete blackout.
What to know
This is one panel, with a grommet top for hanging. For broader window coverage or a fuller drape, measure the window and rod first, the recommended total curtain width is approximately 1.5–2 times the window or rod width. That approach can also help improve coverage and light control. Compared with choosing a pair of panels by default, a single panel can suit a narrower window or work as one part of a wider arrangement.

For a practical setup, hang the panel over a bedroom window where morning sunlight or street-facing views affect rest and privacy. The grommets slide along the rod for everyday opening and closing. The rod and mounting hardware are not included.

Machine wash below 30°C, tumble dry on low and iron on low heat when needed. These straightforward care instructions make the panel suitable for regular use in bedrooms and shared living spaces. Follow the care guidance to maintain the fabric as part of your usual laundry routine.
