Daoeny 42In Metal Bird Bath with Removable Bowl and 5-Pronged Base

Some garden features are chosen mainly for decoration, others give visiting birds a place to drink and bathe. The Daoeny freestanding metal bird bath brings both uses to an outdoor setting. Its removable bowl makes filling and cleaning straightforward. A five-pronged base is designed to hold the stand firmly in the ground.

Key takeaways

The all-metal construction gives this bird bath a sturdy presence in a garden, patio or yard, while its blue finish and vintage styling add a decorative touch. The bowl lifts off its steel ring, so you can carry it to refill or clean it without moving the stand. That practical detail is useful when the bath is part of a planted area or placed on a lawn.

The circular bowl measures 12 in in diameter and 2 in deep, providing space for birds to drink or bathe. Its broad, shallow shape also offers room for water to spread across the bowl. The metal stake has a black powder-coated finish, and the five-pronged base is designed to help keep the bath upright once inserted into soil.

Fit and sizing

At 30L x 30W x 106H centimetres, the freestanding design adds height without taking up a wide footprint at ground level. It suits outdoor spaces where a stake can be pushed into soil or a lawn, including garden beds and yard areas. The removable bowl is a useful feature if you want to refresh the water or clean the bathing surface as part of regular garden upkeep.

The bowl’s 12 in diameter and 2 in depth give you a clear sense of its proportions when choosing a spot. Set it where you can reach the bowl easily and where visiting birds have room to approach. Compared with a low dish placed directly on the ground, this raised, stake-mounted design brings the water up into the garden setting and adds a vertical decorative accent.

Practical tips

For setup, insert the five-pronged stake into soil or lawn and position the bowl on its steel ring. Installation requires no tools. To refill or clean, lift the bowl away from the ring and return it once ready. Regular cleaning helps maintain a fresh bathing and drinking spot for birds.

Choose a location that is easy to reach for routine water changes and gives you a comfortable view of the garden. The metal construction and weather-resistant, rustproof coating are intended for outdoor use, while the powder-coated stake supports the freestanding structure. The bath can also be styled as a garden feature when birds are not visiting. A solar fountain can be added to the bowl, as noted in the product details, for a moving-water feature.
