OHLUX GLS-20J2P-E17-ST38- 180 ft Outdoor String Lights, 2200K Dimmable LEDs

At 180 ft, the OHLUX string lights provide a long linear run for patios, decks, gardens and other gathering spaces. The set includes a 120 ft strand and a 60 ft strand, with ST38-style vintage Edison LED bulbs that give off a 2200K warm white glow. Their café-inspired look brings a welcoming feel to evening dinners and outdoor get-togethers.

Use them indoors or outdoors to add decorative lighting along a porch, pergola or fence. The shatterproof, weatherproof design is made for outdoor settings, while the plug-in format provides a straightforward way to light a larger area.

Key specifications

The long two-strand layout suits spaces where a short decorative string would leave gaps. A warm 2200K colour temperature gives the light its distinctly golden tone, and the vintage Edison-style bulbs add visual character even when the lights are part of the daytime decor.

• Brand and model: OHLUX GLS-20J2P-E17-ST38-
• Length: 180 ft total, with 120 ft and 60 ft strands
• Bulbs: 94 dimmable ST38 LED bulbs with E12 bases
• Light colour: 2200K warm white
• Use: Indoor and outdoor

The linear arrangement works well for outlining a patio edge or running above a dining area. Because the strands are connectable, they can also form part of a longer decorative layout. Buyers often praise the warm glow, brightness and appearance in outdoor spaces. Feedback on performance and installation is mixed, so plan the route before hanging to make placement easier.

Requirements

These are plug-in lights, so plan the run around access to a suitable power outlet. For adjustable brightness, use a compatible string-light dimmer, a dimmer is not included. The lights are described as compatible with most dimmers, making it possible to tailor the atmosphere for relaxed evenings or livelier gatherings with a compatible control.

Usage tips

Map out the intended route before hanging the strands. A run above a patio table can define the dining area, while lights along a deck or garden boundary help carry the same warm ambience across a broader space. For a café-style setting, arrange the linear run where the bulbs are visible, for more subtle decoration, follow an edge or overhead structure.

The 2200K colour temperature is particularly suited to settings where a warm, inviting tone matters more than a cooler-looking light. Use the dimming function with a compatible dimmer to adjust the atmosphere to the occasion. The weatherproof and shatterproof design makes the set suitable for outdoor decorative use, as well as indoor spaces that benefit from the same vintage-inspired lighting.

Should you buy it?

Choose this set when you want a long, decorative string-light arrangement rather than a fixed light mounted at one point. Its 180 ft total length, two included strand lengths and warm 2200K LED glow make it a practical fit for dressing a deck, patio, garden or café-style gathering area. The vintage Edison look adds atmosphere while the extended layout helps carry that effect across a larger space.
