COLAMY VC-B6269-LGY3-FB-4B Upholstered Counter Stools, Set of 4, Light Grey

Choosing seating for an island means balancing everyday comfort with a look that suits the room. This COLAMY set brings four light grey upholstered stools together with wood legs and a mid-century modern profile. A back, cushioned seat and footrest add practical support for meals, coffee or a drink at the counter.

How to use it

Set the stools around a kitchen island, home bar or dining area with a counter-height surface. The seat height is 65 centimetres, giving you a clear measurement to compare with your counter and preferred sitting position. Each stool has a back and a contoured, foam-cushioned upholstered seat, so it offers more support than a backless perch when you plan to sit through a meal or linger over conversation.

The footrest gives your feet a place to rest while seated. For a typical island breakfast, the four-stool set makes it easy to arrange seating in one coordinated group rather than building a collection piece by piece. Its light grey upholstery and wood frame also bring together a soft neutral colour and a natural material, suited to kitchens, dining rooms and home bars.

Why it makes sense

The set is designed for shoppers furnishing a shared counter area who want the stools to feel like part of the room, not just spare seats. The mid-century modern styling keeps the shape visually simple, while the light grey fabric pairs readily with a range of interior palettes. Wood legs provide a distinct frame detail, and the upholstered seats add a softer finish for daily use.

A back and padded seat are useful when the stools will be occupied for more than a quick stop at the island. The set of four is also a practical way to create a consistent look across the seating area. If you are choosing between separate accent chairs and a coordinated counter-height set, these stools are made specifically for island, bar and counter seating rather than general-purpose dining-chair use.
