CASCHO BX17 Wireless Earbuds with Ear Hooks, Bluetooth 5.3 and LED Display

For a run, gym session or bike ride, the CASCHO BX17 earbuds pair an over-ear hook with wireless listening and a charging case. Bluetooth 5.3 supports a connection to compatible devices, while the digital LED display shows the charge level. The design is made for sports and everyday listening, with a built-in microphone for calls.

Key takeaways

Flexible silicone ear hooks help keep the earbuds in place during movement, and the non-slip detail supports a secure fit for workouts. Choose stereo mode for listening with both earbuds or mono mode to use one at a time. The multifunction controls handle music and calls, including playback, track changes, volume and incoming calls.

The product is rated IPX7 for water resistance and is described for use during exercise in rain or sweat. It is not intended for swimming or bathing. Sound isolation helps reduce surrounding sound, while the built-in microphones support calls. The earbuds connect wirelessly over Bluetooth 5.3, with a stated range of 10 metres, and are listed for use with cell phones, computers, tablets, gaming consoles and other Bluetooth devices.

The stated listening time is up to 60 hours with the charging case. The case’s LED display makes the remaining charge easier to check, with separate indicators for the left and right earbuds. Buyers often highlight the sound, battery life, comfortable hooks and secure fit. Feedback on reliability and connectivity is mixed, so individual experiences vary.

How to look after it

Keep the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case clean, and place each earbud correctly in its charging position. The case helps keep the pair together between listening sessions and charges the earbuds for use on the go. Although the BX17 is rated IPX7, do not wear it while swimming, bathing or showering. After exercise, take care to keep the charging contacts clean before placing the earbuds in the case.

Usage tips

Open the charging case to connect the earbuds automatically to the previously paired device. When you return them to the case, they disconnect. For a workout, position the silicone hooks around your ears before starting playback, their over-ear design is intended to help the earbuds stay secure through movement. Use the physical controls to adjust volume, skip tracks, manage calls or activate Siri, without needing to reach for your phone for each action.

For calls or music, use both earbuds in stereo mode, switch to mono mode when you want to listen with one. The built-in microphone supports phone conversations, and sound-isolating eartips can help create a better seal. The listed compatible devices include cell phones, desktops, laptops, tablets, telephones and gaming consoles, provided they connect through Bluetooth.

Practical questions

How long can I listen before recharging? The stated total is up to 60 hours with the charging case. A single charge is listed as providing up to 10 hours, with the case supplying additional charges. Use the LED display to check the case and earbud charge levels.

Can I wear the BX17 in the shower or while swimming? No. The IPX7 rating is presented for exercise, rain and sweat, but the manufacturer advises against use while swimming, bathing or showering.

Can I use just one earbud? Yes. The BX17 supports both stereo and mono modes, so you can listen with one earbud or use the pair together.

Final verdict

The CASCHO BX17 is suited to listeners who want wireless earbuds with a more secure over-ear fit for workouts, cycling and day-to-day use. Its combination of Bluetooth 5.3, mono or stereo listening, call controls and a charging case with a readable LED display makes it a practical choice for moving between music and calls.
