California Design Den 840307152916 King Cotton Sheet Set, 400-Thread-Count Sateen

Some sleepers prefer a crisp feel, while others look for a smoother finish against the skin. This king sheet set centres on 100% cotton with a soft sateen weave, bringing a smooth, lightly lustrous look to everyday bedding.

The four-piece set includes a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and two king pillowcases. Its seafoam colour is a muted aqua green with a subtle blue undertone, adding a fresh, understated accent to the bedroom.

Would a smooth cotton surface and a fitted sheet designed for a deep mattress suit your bedding routine? The fitted sheet has all-around elastic and fits mattresses up to 41 cm deep, with head and foot indicators to make placement easier.

Key features

The 400-thread-count fabric is 100% cotton in a sateen weave. This combination gives the sheets a smooth, soft feel with a subtle sheen, while cotton’s breathable character makes the set suited to use throughout the year. The solid seafoam colour keeps the look simple and easy to coordinate with other bedroom textiles.

Rather than choosing bedding primarily for a crisp finish, this set is suited to shoppers who value a smoother sateen texture. The fitted sheet’s all-around elastic helps it stay positioned on the mattress, and the head and foot tags make it simpler to orient when making the bed. The set is machine washable and can be tumble dried for straightforward regular care.

Customer feedback often highlights the soft feel, the colour, the fabric and the fit. Experiences with wrinkle resistance and long-term durability are mixed, so those impressions are best treated as individual experiences rather than guarantees.

Size & fit

Made for a king bed, the set includes one flat sheet, one fitted sheet and two king pillowcases. The fitted sheet pocket depth is 41 cm, providing a practical fit for mattresses up to that depth. Its fully elasticized edge is designed to hold around the mattress, while the head and foot indicators help you position it correctly without turning it around to find the right orientation.

Best use cases

This set works well for refreshing a king bedroom with a coordinated cotton bedding base, whether for everyday use or a room update. The breathable cotton and smooth sateen weave suit sleepers who want a soft surface with a more polished appearance than a plain matte finish. Seafoam adds a gentle colour accent without a bold pattern, making it a natural choice for a calm, pared-back bedroom scheme.

For a practical example, the fitted sheet’s side indicators can help when changing the bed, while the all-around elastic supports a secure fit on a mattress within the stated pocket depth. Machine washing and tumble drying also fit a regular home laundry routine.
