California Design Den 840307105981 King Cotton Sateen Sheets, 400 Thread Count

The smooth sateen weave gives these 100% cotton sheets a soft feel and a subtle lustre, while the cotton fabric is naturally breathable for comfortable use through the seasons. This King set pairs a 400 thread count with an Indigo Dusty Blue colourway for a calm, polished look in the bedroom.

With a fitted sheet designed for mattresses up to 41 cm deep, it brings a considered fit and an easy-to-coordinate finish to a King bed.

Practical tips

The set includes a flat sheet, a fully elasticized fitted sheet and two King pillowcases. The fitted sheet’s all-around elastic helps hold it in place, while head and foot indicator tags make it easier to orient when making the bed. For a fresh-room update, pair the Indigo Dusty Blue tone with neutral bedding or use it as a soft colour accent.

Care is straightforward: machine wash and tumble dry. The cotton sateen construction suits everyday bedding routines, whether you are refreshing the bed after laundry day or preparing a guest room for an overnight stay.

Why it’s worth it

The appeal is the combination of natural cotton, a smooth sateen surface and a fitted sheet with a 41 cm pocket depth. The weave gives the fabric a sleek, soft finish, while the cotton offers a breathable feel. If you are choosing between a basic sheet set and one with a more refined surface texture, what matters most: a crisp finish or a smooth, lustrous one? This set is designed for the latter, with a coordinated four-piece format for a King bed.

Customers often praise the soft feel, the luxurious impression, the fit and the colour options, and some report satisfaction with how the fabric washes. Feedback is mixed on durability and wrinkle resistance, so those points are best treated as individual experiences rather than assured results.

Quick overview

This is a 100% cotton sheet set in a 400 thread count sateen weave. The King-size package has four pieces: one flat sheet, one fitted sheet and two pillowcases. The fitted sheet accommodates mattresses up to 41 cm deep. Indigo Dusty Blue brings soft grey undertones to the solid-colour design, offering a quieter alternative to a more vivid bedding accent. The set is machine washable and suitable for tumble drying.

The format works well for updating a primary bedroom or setting up a guest bed where coordinated sheets and pillowcases are useful in one set. It suits you if you want cotton bedding with a smooth sateen feel, a muted blue colour and a fitted sheet made for a deeper mattress.

Is it worth it?

For a King bed, this set brings together the practical pieces needed for a coordinated bed and details that make everyday use simpler: an elasticized fitted sheet, clear orientation tags and a 41 cm pocket depth. Its cotton sateen fabric adds a soft, smooth finish, while Indigo Dusty Blue gives the room colour without an especially bold look. Choose it for a comfortable, polished bedding refresh with a fitted sheet designed to stay neatly positioned on a deeper mattress.
