Blink Battery Doorbell 2K+ Wireless Video Doorbell, Head-to-Toe View & Two-Way Audio
Product description
If you want a detailed view of your doorstep without relying on battery power alone, the Blink Battery Doorbell 2K+ brings 2K video and flexible installation together. Its head-to-toe view helps you see visitors and deliveries in one frame, while two-way audio lets you speak with someone at the door through the Blink app.
Use it wire-free or connect it to existing doorbell wiring to sound within your home. The required Sync Module is not included with this add-on.
Worth noting
The 2K camera is designed to show more of the entrance, from a visitor’s face to a parcel near the ground. That wider, head-to-toe view is useful when you want to check who is there and whether a delivery has been left, without relying on a narrow view of the doorway. Enhanced colour and defined detail help make the video easier to read at a glance.
Two-way audio with noise cancellation supports clearer conversations at the door. For example, you can answer a visitor or give a delivery person instructions from your phone, rather than needing to open the door immediately. Person detection adds motion-activated notifications when someone is detected, and the app also sends an alert when the doorbell is pressed.
Tips for day-to-day use
The doorbell runs on three AA Energizer lithium batteries and is designed to provide months of battery power. This makes it practical for entrances where a wire-free setup is preferred, including rental homes, while the option to connect existing doorbell wiring offers another way to install it. Choose the setup that suits your doorway, then use app alerts to keep track of visitors and activity.
The Sync Module is required and is not included with this add-on. Plan to use a compatible Sync Module as part of the setup. Once installed, the doorbell can send press and person-detection alerts to the Blink app, giving you a convenient way to check activity when you are away from the entrance.
Everyday use
Picture a delivery arriving while you are working in another room: the doorbell can notify you when someone presses it or when person detection identifies a visitor. Check the 2K view to see the doorway, then use two-way audio to respond. The head-to-toe framing is especially useful for checking the area around a visitor as well as parcels placed lower down.
Compared with a doorbell setup that depends on existing wiring, this model offers the flexibility of battery power and wire-free installation. If your home already has doorbell wiring, it can also be connected to sound within the home. That combination makes it useful for different entrance setups while keeping video, conversation and alerts in one doorbell system.
