ZONEGRACE 38-Inch Aluminum Deck Balusters, Black Rectangular Face-Mount, 50-Pack

At 38 inches, these rectangular aluminum balusters bring a slim, open look to deck, porch, balcony, and stair railings. The black finish pairs with a range of outdoor styles. Choose this face-mount design for a clean, linear appearance, bulkier pickets suit a different visual approach. Each pack includes 50 balusters, end caps, and 100 stainless steel screws.

Usage tips

Plan the railing layout before installation. Measure the rail sections and account for posts, corners, newel blocks, and gate openings when estimating how many balusters you need. Keep every clear gap under 4 inches, as specified for this product, and follow the requirements that apply to your project.

For a consistent line, align the first and last balusters and snap a chalk line between them. A reusable spacer jig can help maintain even spacing as you work. If installing into hardwood or composite, pilot holes can help guide the screws. The balusters support face mounting or direct screw installation, face-mount plates are not included. Use them to replace aging wood balusters or create a coordinated look across a longer deck edge, balcony, or stair run.

Benefits

The rectangular profile creates clean, narrow lines that preserve an open feel and sightlines around an outdoor space. Compared with bulky pickets, this design offers a slimmer visual treatment, it also works for projects where replacing mismatched or worn wood with a consistent metal railing is the priority. The aluminum construction provides a lightweight option for deck, porch, balcony, and stair updates, while the powder-coated black finish gives the railing a unified appearance.

End caps finish the exposed ends for a more polished look. Stainless steel screws are supplied for installation, so the pack is set up for a coordinated railing project. The powder-coated surface is described as UV stable and resistant to chipping and peeling, and its smooth finish is easy to wipe clean—useful for outdoor areas exposed to regular weather and everyday use.

Customers highlight the balusters’ quality and ease of installation, and some appreciate the value for the price. These impressions can help inform a project choice, while the product’s rectangular shape, included end caps, and screw hardware define the practical fit.
