ZAYAD 4336313163 Foldable 32-Inch Reacher Grabber, Blue, Up to 12 lb

A 32-inch reach and trigger-operated claw can help retrieve everyday items without bending down or stretching into a high cabinet. This blue ZAYAD grabber also folds for storage, making it relevant for household tasks as well as picking up litter.

It’s designed for light, occasional reaching needs, not as a substitute for a more demanding tool when repeated heavy handling is the priority.

Technical overview

The foldable reacher is listed as 32 inches long and has a trigger handle that opens and closes the claw. Its product name specifies a capacity of up to 12 lb, treat that as the stated limit rather than a reason to lift awkward or fragile objects. The listed item weight is 8.6 ounces, which gives a useful sense of what carrying or storing it may involve.

• Type: Foldable reacher grabber
• Length: 32 inches
• Color: Blue
• Stated capacity: Up to 12 lb
• Weight: 8.6 ounces

The claw is intended to pick up items such as coins, envelopes, newspapers, and trash. The foldable design can make it easier to put away in a drawer, closet, or vehicle when it is not in use. Unlike a basic pickup tool meant only for litter, this one is also described for retrieving household items from under furniture and from hard-to-reach cabinets.

Tips for day-to-day use

A trigger-operated grabber is most useful when the object is within reach of the extended arm and can be held by the claw. It may help with picking up a dropped envelope, retrieving a newspaper, or collecting trash without reaching down. For tasks that call for precise hand placement or repeated handling of heavier objects, picking them up directly—or choosing a tool made for that specific job—may be a better fit.

Customer feedback is mixed on how reliably the claw grips and how sturdy the tool feels. Some buyers find it useful around the house, including during recovery after surgery, while others describe weak grabbing performance or breakage. That variation matters if you expect to use it frequently or rely on it for a particular task.

Best use cases

This model makes the most sense for occasional reach assistance: retrieving light daily items, reaching beneath a bed or piece of furniture, and picking up litter. A solid pick if you want one foldable tool for these varied, lower-effort jobs and a stated capacity of up to 12 lb. Its 32-inch length is a practical consideration when choosing between a reacher and simply bending or stretching for nearby objects.

It may not suit you if consistent gripping or long-term durability is essential to your decision. Buyer comments vary on both, and reported breakage is worth weighing against how often you expect to use the tool. For more demanding or repetitive lifting, a purpose-built alternative may be more appropriate.

Buying verdict

Choose the ZAYAD if a foldable, 32-inch reacher suits occasional household retrieval or litter pickup. Its lightweight listed weight and broad everyday use make it easy to consider for basic reaching tasks, while mixed buyer feedback on grip and durability makes it a less certain choice for frequent, demanding use.
