Coop Home Goods CPL003MT-00 Adjustable Maternity Pillow, Memory Foam, Washable Cover

Expecting parents looking for adjustable, full-body support can shape this maternity pillow to suit their comfort preferences. Its medium-firm fill combines cross-cut memory foam and microfiber. Add or remove fill to adjust the pillow’s loft and firmness. A removable, machine-washable cover makes routine care straightforward.

Highlights

The 60-inch-long rectangular design offers a continuous surface for belly, back, hip, or whole-body support while side sleeping. Inside, Coop’s Oomph fill blends cross-cut memory foam with microfiber for a medium-firm feel. Since the fill is adjustable, you can tailor the pillow’s loft instead of settling for a fixed shape—useful as your preferred position or support needs change during pregnancy.

The cover is soft and breathable, and it can be removed for machine washing. Wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, skip bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry on low. Let it dry completely before use. The pillow is also described as CertiPUR-US and GREENGUARD Gold certified.

On-body feel

This is a long, rectangular body pillow rather than a wraparound U-shaped style. Its flexible fill lets you adjust how much cushioning you want around your belly, back, or hips, while the medium-firm blend provides a more supportive feel than a pillow made only for soft cushioning. Its full-body format can also be repositioned for different resting positions.

Buyers often highlight the pillow’s comfort and support, including support for a growing belly, and some report sleeping well with it. Impressions of its size and alignment are mixed, so its 60-inch length and rectangular profile are useful details when choosing between a long body pillow and a more compact or U-shaped pregnancy pillow.

Best use cases

For side sleepers, the length gives you room to position the pillow along your body and adjust the fill for the support you want. It can also be used while relaxing on the couch or watching TV, making it a resting pillow beyond bedtime. The manufacturer describes continued use for nursing or bottle feeding, extending its role beyond pregnancy.

If you are choosing between a fixed-fill pillow and one you can customize, the adjustable design offers a practical way to change the loft as your comfort preferences shift. Removable, washable cover care also suits regular use through pregnancy and postpartum routines.

When it makes sense

Worth considering if you want one long pillow for full-body support and prefer to customize firmness by adding or removing fill. Its rectangular shape is a straightforward alternative to a wraparound maternity pillow, while the washable cover helps keep regular use manageable. The combination of adjustable fill, medium-firm memory foam and microfiber, and a 60-inch body-pillow format makes it a practical fit for side sleepers seeking adaptable support at rest.
