What it works with
The SP92 is designed for business calls and video meetings. It works with desktop computers, laptops, and iPhone, and supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, and other UC applications. Connect wirelessly with Bluetooth, use the dongle, or make a wired USB-C connection. The USB-C/A adapter provides another way to connect with a compatible USB-A port, so the speakerphone can suit different desk setups.
AI noise reduction is designed to filter background sounds, while echo cancellation and full-duplex microphone operation support natural back-and-forth conversation. The omnidirectional pickup covers a 4-meter range, making the speakerphone useful when several participants need to speak from around the same table. For a meeting room or home office, place it centrally on the tabletop and connect it to the computer or mobile device used for the call.
Everyday use
With up to 20 hours of call or music time, the SP92 can support a full schedule of meetings without relying on a permanent wired setup. Recharge it through USB-C, the listed charging time is 2.5 hours. Bluetooth gives a wireless option within its stated range, while the USB connection and included dongle offer alternative ways to connect at a desk. This combination is useful for people who move between a fixed workstation and a meeting space.
Compared with choosing a speakerphone for a single fixed connection method, the SP92 brings Bluetooth and USB connectivity together in one portable unit. Its 50 mm driver also supports music playback between calls. Buyers highlight the speaker's sound quality, making audio performance a notable part of its appeal for both meetings and everyday computer use.
Final verdict
The Yealink SP92 is suited to professionals who want a portable conference speakerphone with flexible connections, room-friendly 360-degree pickup, and a built-in microphone for two-way calls. Its included dongle, USB-C/A adapter, and carrying case make it a practical fit for desks and changing work locations.
