Yaheetech YT-cat tree 20180517-54 Cat Tree Tower, 5 Levels, Navy Blue

How to use it

Five levels give indoor cats a vertical route for climbing, play, and lounging. The two enclosed condos offer places to tuck away, while three upper perches create elevated resting and lookout spots. Sisal-wrapped posts and a scratching board provide dedicated surfaces for clawing, and two dangling plush balls add an interactive element. The balls can be replaced with a cat’s favorite toys.

Set the tower on the floor as a central activity area, then use the included wall anchor strap to attach it to a wall for added stability. Its 19.5-by-19.5-inch footprint and 54-inch height suit a space where you want to provide climbing and resting options vertically. If the need is only a place to scratch, a standalone scratching post is a simpler approach, this tower combines scratching with hiding, perching, and play.

Why it makes sense

This layout gives cats different ways to use one piece of furniture. A cat can climb between levels, retreat to a condo, settle on a perch, or turn to the sisal surfaces for scratching. That variety makes it useful for households looking to give an indoor cat an activity spot as well as an elevated place to rest. The three perches also provide more than one lookout position, while the dangling balls offer an easy invitation to play.

The product is described for kittens and small- to medium-sized cats, so its compact footprint and multiple levels are especially relevant when choosing a tower for that use. Buyers often praise how readily cats take to the tower and describe assembly as easy. Feedback is mixed on stability and sturdiness, and some buyers raise concerns about durability. Using the wall anchor strap as directed is a practical part of setting it up.
