VizEx Zevo VZ-017-White Guitar Hardware Set, White ABS with Tremolo Tip
Product description
A guitar refresh can focus on matching the visible hardware or on replacing individual worn parts. This set brings the pickup covers, control knobs, selector tip, and tremolo arm tip together in white.
The three covers are sized for 48mm, 50mm, and 52mm pickup pole spacing. The knobs are made for metric split-shaft potentiometers, while the selector tip is designed for a modern thin-shaft 5-way switch.
ABS plastic parts have a glossy finish, and the knobs feature clear 1–10 scale and VOLUME/TONE markings. The plug-on components make this a practical choice for a hands-on guitar refresh.
Fit and sizing
The set includes neck, middle, and bridge pickup covers with 48mm, 50mm, and 52mm pole spacing, respectively. Measure the spacing on your existing pickups and match each cover to its position before ordering. The covers are designed for ST, SQ, and IBZ-style guitars.
The knobs fit most metric split-shaft potentiometers with a 5.7mm–6mm inner shaft diameter. They are not designed for USA imperial-sized solid-shaft potentiometers. The switch tip has a 3.7mm cross slot for modern thin metal 5-way switch shafts. For a vintage switch lever, reuse its existing tip and use the other parts that fit your guitar.
What stands out
A coordinated set helps bring the visible controls into one consistent color, rather than replacing each part separately. It contains three single-coil pickup covers, one Volume knob, two Tone knobs, and one matching selector switch tip. This white version also includes a matching tremolo arm tip.
The ABS plastic construction and glossy cover finish suit a cosmetic refresh of scratched or aged hardware. The knobs have clearly marked VOLUME and TONE labels and a 1–10 scale, making the controls easy to identify while playing. For installation, remove the old parts and press on the replacement components, use the existing pickup cover screws to secure the covers.
