TOR 14-Inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner, 4000 PSI, Stainless Steel

For cleaning a concrete driveway, patio, or sidewalk, the TOR 14-inch surface cleaner turns a pressure washer into a tool designed for broad, flat areas. Its dual rotating nozzles work beneath a stainless steel housing, while four caster wheels help it roll across pavement as you clean.

The 1/4-inch quick-connect plug attaches to a pressure washer gun or wand. Two extension wands are included, giving you more reach when setting up for a cleaning task.

Where it shines

A surface cleaner covers a wider path than a standard pressure washer wand, making it a practical fit for paved areas where you would otherwise work across the surface with a narrow spray. Use it on driveways, patios, sidewalks, and decks. The rotating-nozzle design handles the cleaning beneath the housing, and the 14-inch body provides a broad cleaning path for moving across open sections.

Four caster wheels help the attachment glide over flat surfaces and keep the nozzles at a consistent height as you push it. That makes it easier to guide across a driveway or patio than an attachment that must be held above the ground. Looking to clean open pavement rather than target a small spot? This wheeled format is built for that kind of job. Buyers also describe it as easy to maneuver and praise its stainless steel construction, feedback on cleaning power varies, with some preferring a higher-pressure washer.

What to know

The cleaner is rated for up to 4000 PSI and fits most pressure washers in the 2000–4000 PSI range. Its connection is a 1/4-inch quick-connect plug, and it attaches to the washer’s gun or wand—not directly to a garden hose. If your machine has a 3/8-inch outlet, an adapter is needed and is not included. Check your pressure washer’s connection and pressure rating before use.

The stainless steel construction is paired with heavy-duty bearings. An inlet mesh filter helps screen impurities before they reach the nozzles. The package also includes two 15-inch extension wands, two replacement nozzles, four O-rings, a nozzle-cleaning needle, and Teflon tape. Together, these accessories support setup and provide replacement parts for routine upkeep.

Maintenance

The built-in inlet mesh filter helps keep debris from reaching the nozzles. The included nozzle-cleaning needle can be used to clear nozzle openings, while the replacement nozzles and O-rings provide parts for maintenance. Keep the attachment connected to the pressure washer gun or wand, and follow the washer manufacturer’s operating guidance when using it.

Buying verdict

Choose the TOR when your main task is cleaning broad, level outdoor surfaces and you want a wheeled attachment rather than relying on a standard wand for each pass. Its 14-inch cleaning head, stainless steel build, four caster wheels, and included extension wands make it suited to driveway, patio, and sidewalk work. For a pressure washer with a compatible 1/4-inch quick-connect and a 2000–4000 PSI rating, it offers a purpose-built way to move across paved areas with the rotating nozzles working beneath the cleaner.
