VISSPL 4K Smart Projector

What matters most

A TV setup can feel limiting when you want a bigger picture for movie night or a way to watch from bed. This VISSPL smart projector combines Google TV with automatic focus and keystone correction, so you can open streaming apps and spend less time adjusting the image by hand. Its 360° rotating stand also lets you aim the picture at a wall, ceiling, or tent.

The key resolution detail is easy to miss: it supports 4K decoding, but its native resolution is 1080p. The listing also states 3500 ANSI lumens, HDR10 enhancement, and a 99.8% wide color gamut. Keep in mind that the supplied details don’t give a throw-distance figure, so you can’t estimate the image size for your room without that measurement. For comparison, a basic projector may require more manual positioning, this one is designed to handle focus and image alignment automatically.

How to use it

With Google TV built in, the projector is intended to run streaming apps without a separate TV stick. The listing names access to 10,000+ apps and 800+ free live TV channels, alongside voice search and Google Assistant controls through the remote. You can ask it to find content, open an app, or adjust the volume instead of typing through menus.

For a bedroom setup, the rotating stand makes a ceiling projection possible when you’re lying down. After moving the unit, autofocus and automatic keystone correction are meant to restore a clear, squared-up image. It also lists obstacle avoidance, screen adaptation, and digital zoom from 50% to 100%, which may help when the projector can’t sit exactly where you want it.

Practical tips

Before choosing a spot, think about where the picture will land and whether the projector can face that surface without an obstruction. The auto-adjustment features can reduce setup work, but they don’t replace planning the room layout. The listing identifies Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, but the supplied information doesn’t explain the specific connection behavior or supported Bluetooth devices.

For an outdoor movie night, the 360° stand gives you another way to aim the image at a suitable surface. The brightness figure is a stated specification, not a guarantee of the same viewing experience in every setting, the product description emphasizes dark rooms and outdoor nights. If you need native 4K resolution or detailed guidance on placement and image size, look for those specifics before deciding.

A solid pick if you want built-in streaming, voice control, and easier image setup in one portable projector. You may want to skip it if native 4K is a must-have, or if you need confirmed room-placement details before buying.

Before you decide

Does it have native 4K resolution? No. The listing describes native 1080p resolution with support for 4K decoding.

Can you project onto the ceiling? The 360° rotating stand is designed to aim the image at a ceiling as well as a wall or tent.

Does it include streaming apps? Google TV is built in, and the listing says it provides access to 10,000+ apps. It doesn’t provide a complete app-by-app compatibility list.

Should you buy it?

Choose this projector if built-in Google TV, voice controls, and automatic focus and keystone correction matter more to you than native 4K. The ceiling-friendly stand adds flexibility for bedroom viewing, while the image adjustments may make occasional repositioning less of a hassle. If exact screen size, throw distance, or confirmed app support is essential to your setup, the available details leave those questions open. That’s the deciding tradeoff: convenience-focused features are clearly described, but room fit and native resolution still deserve a close look.
