Umbrauto Car Air Mattress

For travelers who want a place to rest without setting up a separate tent, the Umbrauto car air mattress is designed for rear seats in cars, SUVs, and vans. It includes a pump and pillows, and its wave-shaped surface is intended to make lying down more comfortable than resting directly on a seat.

It can also be used for camping or as a temporary bed indoors. The missing fit dimensions matter, though: vehicle layouts vary, so the product details here do not confirm a fit for a particular model.

Technical details

The mattress is made with thickened PVC and has a plush, velvety surface described as waterproof. Its wave design is intended to provide support while you lie down. The stated weight capacity is 600 pounds, with space for two people according to the product information. A pump and pillows are included, although the pump type and pillow details are not specified.

That combination makes it more purpose-built for car-based rest than a basic blanket or sleeping pad placed over a seat. In return, it depends on having enough usable rear-seat space and on inflating a mattress before settling in. No dimensions or specific vehicle fit list are provided, so the capacity figure does not establish how comfortably two adults will fit in every vehicle.

Getting the most from it

It is described for car and SUV back seats, as well as vans, tents, campsites, guest bedrooms, and hotels. The listing does not name compatible makes or models, or provide measurements for checking the sleeping area. Compare the available space in your vehicle with the mattress dimensions, if you can obtain them, before relying on it for a trip, without that measurement, a precise fit is uncertain.

A solid pick if you want an inflatable surface that can move between a vehicle and an indoor or camping setup. You may want to skip it if a confirmed fit for your exact rear-seat layout is essential, since that information is not included here.

Usage tips

Before a trip, check the rear seating area and where the mattress will rest, then use the included pump to inflate it where you plan to sleep. For example, on a road-trip stop, it can turn the back seat into a padded place to lie down rather than leaving you to sleep directly on the upholstery. The pillows are part of the package, but their shape and size are not specified.

The waterproof surface may be useful when the mattress is used outdoors, but the product details do not explain how it should be cleaned, dried, or stored. Follow any supplied care instructions rather than assuming the surface needs no maintenance. Its weight capacity is a stated limit, not a promise about fit or comfort for every pair of users.

Before you decide

Does it include a pump and pillows? Yes. Both are named in the product listing, but it does not describe the pump type or pillow specifications.

Can two people use it? The listed capacity is up to 600 pounds, and the description says it can accommodate two people. Available sleeping space will still depend on the vehicle.

Is it only for car use? No. The listing also describes use in tents, campsites, guest bedrooms, and hotels.

Final verdict

Choose this Umbrauto mattress if you value a portable, inflatable sleeping surface with a velvety PVC top, included pump and pillows, and a stated two-person capacity. Its multiple-use design is more flexible than a pad meant only for one setting. The tradeoff is that no dimensions or vehicle-specific fit information are supplied, so it is a less certain choice when you need a guaranteed match for a particular back seat.
