MELUMILU Snorkel Mask Set with Tempered Glass

Quick overview

For a beach swim or a slow look around a pool, this MELUMILU adult snorkel mask set combines a panoramic mask with a dry-top snorkel, so you don’t need to source the breathing tube separately. The mask has tempered-glass lenses, an adjustable silicone strap, and a soft silicone skirt, the set also includes a mesh storage bag for carrying it between outings.

The product is designed for adults only. Its 180-degree view and anti-fog technology are listed features, not a guarantee that every face will get a clear, leak-free fit.

Quick sizing guide

The listed mask width is 16 cm (6.3 inches), and the product is described as fitting most adult face shapes. That measurement gives you a reference, but it can’t confirm how the skirt will sit against your particular face. Keep in mind that a poor seal can let water in, even with an adjustable strap, without that measurement, the listed width alone can’t tell you whether the mask is right for you.

The side buttons let you adjust strap length to help create a seal. It suits you if you’re shopping for adult gear and can compare the stated width with a mask that already fits. It is explicitly not intended for children, so this is not a set to buy for a child who may grow into it.

Tips for day-to-day use

The snorkel’s float valve is designed to close underwater and open at the surface, while a one-way valve underneath helps drain water from the tube. The product instructions say to breathe through the snorkel rather than through your nose, since nose breathing can fog the inside of the mask and contribute to water getting in. Before heading out, adjust the strap and make sure the skirt sits evenly against your face.

Picture floating at the surface and looking down at the water: the wide-view lens is intended to give you a broad view without turning your head as much. For a pool session, remove the snorkel and use the mask on its own as swimming eyewear. That makes it more versatile than buying a snorkeling mask solely for use with a tube, though someone who mainly wants ordinary pool goggles may prefer a simpler dedicated pair.

Questions before you buy

Does the set include a snorkel? Yes. The product description says the dry snorkel is included, along with a mesh storage bag.

Can you use the mask without the snorkel? Yes. The snorkel can be removed, and the mask is described as suitable for casual swimming and pool training on its own.

Will it fit a child? No. The listing specifies adult use only and says it does not fit kids.

Should you buy it?

This set makes sense if you want adult snorkeling gear with a dry-top tube and the option to use the mask separately for casual swimming. Tempered-glass lenses, a silicone skirt, and an adjustable strap give you useful details to compare when choosing gear, while the included bag makes storage and travel straightforward.

You may want to skip it if you need a child-sized mask, or if you can’t establish that the stated width works for your face. Fit is the deciding factor here: the panoramic view and valve design won’t help much if the skirt doesn’t seal comfortably. Choose it for the combined snorkeling-and-pool use, choose simpler swim goggles if snorkeling isn’t part of your plans.
