The fold-out design gives one piece of furniture three roles, making it useful when a room needs a comfortable seat by day and a place for an overnight guest at night. Tips for day-to-day use

Unfold the chair to create a lounger for reading or gaming, or lay it flat when a guest needs a single bed. When it is not in use, fold it back into chair form and store it upright against a wall or in a corner. The two carry handles help when moving it between a bedroom, living room, dorm, or RV. Unlike a dedicated guest bed, this convertible design serves as everyday seating as well, so it can be a practical fit when space has to do more than one job.

The corduroy cover zips off for machine washing, making routine cleanup simpler between visits or after everyday use. To prepare it after delivery, place the vacuum-compressed foam in a well-ventilated room for 48–72 hours to expand and regain its shape. Gently pat and reshape the cover to help smooth packaging wrinkles.

Everyday use

In a small apartment or shared room, the chair can stay folded for regular sitting and open up when someone needs to stretch out or stay overnight. Its solid foam sections create an even surface across the seat and sleeping area, while the removable cushion gives you the option of a separate pillow at the head. For a guest room, it offers a compact alternative to furnishing the space with a permanent bed, for an RV or dorm, the fold-away form and carry handles make it easier to adapt the setup to the room.

What to clarify

How does the chair convert? It unfolds from a chair into a lounger or a single guest bed. The back cushion detaches and can be positioned at the head as a pillow.

Can the cover be washed? Yes. The corduroy cover zips off and is machine washable, and the back cushion also has a zippered cover.

How long should the foam expand after delivery? Allow 48–72 hours in a well-ventilated room for the vacuum-compressed foam to expand and regain its shape. Gently pat and reshape the cover to help reduce wrinkles.

Is it worth it?

This Trenda sleeper chair is a useful choice when you want seating that can also accommodate an overnight guest without dedicating the room to a bed. The three-in-one fold-out design, washable corduroy cover, detachable pillow, and carry handles support flexible use in dorms, RVs, small apartments, and guest rooms.
