Teivio 20–21 Gallon Trash Bags, 40 Count, Black HDPE with Star-Seal Bottom
Product description
The star-seal bottom is designed to add support and help contain leaks, while the large format suits cleanup that produces more waste than a small household bin. These black Teivio bags come in a 40-count pack and are listed for 20–21-gallon use, with additional compatibility claims for several smaller and larger bin sizes.
They are all-purpose bags, not heavy-duty bags. That distinction matters if you plan to collect sharp or particularly heavy debris.
Quick sizing guide
Each bag measures 29.9 inches wide by 35.4 inches long. The listing says they fit bins from 10 to 21 gallons, including 12-, 13-, 15-, 16-, 18-, and 20-gallon sizes. Since bin shape and opening dimensions can vary, compare the bag measurements with your bin rather than relying on gallon capacity alone. That is especially useful if you want the bag to fold over the rim or leave room for tying it closed.
The stated capacity is 20 gallons, while the product name and feature description use a 20–21-gallon range. For a kitchen or office bin, check the actual dimensions first, for yard cleanup, the larger bag format may be more useful than a standard small-can liner. The pack is supplied on rolls for dispensing and storage.
Why it makes sense
The multipurpose positioning gives these bags more than one plausible job: household and kitchen waste, office trash, lawn and leaf cleanup, or storage and moving. A practical use would be collecting leaves during a yard tidy-up, then using the same bag size for routine waste when a larger bin needs a liner. The unscented plastic construction keeps the product straightforward rather than adding a fragrance feature.
The bottom uses a star seal, which is intended to provide added strength and help prevent leaks. The material is HDPE, and the listed thickness is 15 microns. Buyers’ comments are favorable about general usefulness and fit in larger cans, but some also describe the bags as thin, opinions on how visible the contents are differ. Those impressions are worth weighing against the listing’s clear positioning: these are all-purpose liners, not heavy-duty bags. They suit you if you need a versatile large-format bag for ordinary waste or cleanup. It might not be a great match if your regular task calls for a heavy-duty bag for sharp or demanding loads.

Buying verdict
Choose these if one large bag size needs to cover everyday household waste as well as occasional office or yard cleanup, and the stated dimensions work with your bin. The 40-count pack and roll format are practical details for routine use, while the star-seal design is a useful feature for containing typical bagged waste. For consistently heavy, sharp, or demanding debris, the product’s own all-purpose, not-heavy-duty description points toward choosing a bag specifically designated for that kind of load instead.
