TAGRY over-ear headphones H08
Product description
Key specifications
Some headphones are built around a compact, simple setup, the TAGRY H08 instead puts long claimed battery life, active noise cancellation, and wired flexibility first. That combination is aimed at people who move between commutes, travel, and desk listening without wanting to recharge every day.
The H08 offers Bluetooth or a 3.5 mm AUX connection, with a 47.2-inch audio cable included. TAGRY claims up to 100 hours of playback and says a five-minute charge provides up to 10 hours of music. Those figures describe best-case use, so actual runtime may vary with listening habits and noise cancellation. The maker also claims active noise cancellation can reduce ambient noise by up to 95%, that’s a manufacturer figure, not a guarantee that every sound will disappear.
The headphones weigh 0.54 lbs and have cushioned protein-leather ear cups, a length-adjustable headband, and ear cups that rotate up to 105 degrees. The product name mentions Hi-Res Audio, but the supplied details don’t specify supported codecs or a certification, so buyers who need a particular audio standard should look for that information before choosing.
Who it’s for
These are geared toward listeners who want over-ear coverage for a commute, a long flight, or a home-office work block, and who value fewer charging stops. Picture plugging in the included cable to a 3.5 mm seatback entertainment jack on a flight, then using Bluetooth for a phone or computer later. It makes sense if you want both connection options and a folding, portable design with a carrying pouch.
The adjustable fit and padded cups may suit longer listening sessions, but comfort is personal, especially with over-ear headphones. Not the best choice if you need verified sweat or water protection for workouts: no protection rating is provided. The bass-forward sound description may also matter if you prefer a more neutral presentation, though no detailed sound measurements are listed.
In the box
The listed accessories are a 47.2-inch audio cable and a travel pouch. The cable gives you a wired alternative when Bluetooth isn’t the connection you want, while the pouch offers a way to carry the headphones. The product details don’t list a separate charging cable or other accessories, so don’t assume they’re included.
Practical doubts
Can I use them without Bluetooth? Yes. The listed 3.5 mm AUX connection and included audio cable provide a wired option. The source device needs a compatible 3.5 mm connection.
How quickly do they charge? TAGRY says a five-minute charge can deliver up to 10 hours of music. The details don’t state a full-charge time.
Will noise cancellation block every sound? No headphone can be assumed to remove all surroundings. TAGRY claims up to 95% ambient-noise reduction, but the provided information doesn’t explain testing conditions or performance against specific sounds.
Final verdict
The H08 is worth considering if long claimed playback, active noise cancellation, and the choice of Bluetooth or a wired connection solve real parts of your routine. Its included cable and pouch add practical flexibility for travel, while the lack of a stated water-resistance rating and limited detail on audio specifications may steer demanding gym users or spec-focused listeners toward a more fully documented option. Choose it for convenience across everyday listening settings, skip it if you need confirmed workout protection or precise audio-format details before buying.
