Check your dog’s measurements against the listed neck and chest sizes when selecting this X-Large version.

Getting the most from it

Use the built-in D-ring to attach a leash for walks, so the coat and harness are combined in one garment rather than handled as separate pieces. The zipper makes it easier to put the jacket on and take it off, and the reflective strip on the back can help make your dog more visible when headlights approach in low-light conditions. For a winter walk on a chilly day, the fleece lining, waterproof outer layer, and windproof collar bring together the features most relevant to outdoor comfort.

The coat is listed for large dogs and a range of breeds, including Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, and French Bulldogs. Buyer feedback often highlights warmth, ease of dressing, the built-in harness, and the appearance. Fit opinions are mixed: some buyers praise the fit, while others say the sizing runs small. Use the stated measurements as a practical reference for this size rather than relying on the size name alone.

Everyday use

This jacket suits regular winter outings when your dog needs a warm coat and you want a leash attachment integrated into the garment. The reflective back detail is useful on walks in dimmer conditions, and the zipper makes the coat practical to put on before heading outside. Its solid navy color and classic style also make it a straightforward choice for everyday wear, rather than a coat focused on a seasonal pattern or costume look.

Final verdict

For large dogs heading out in cold weather, the SUNFURA X-Large coat brings together a fleece lining, waterproof construction, reflective trim, and a built-in harness with a D-ring. That combination is especially useful for owners who want warmth and leash attachment in one winter jacket. The listed neck and chest measurements help guide the size choice, while the zip closure keeps putting it on and taking it off simple.
